I've been going to Elizabeth for my massage treatments for a number of months now and have received the perfect balance of therapeutic and soothing treatments. She is very intuitive with pressure, checked in when needed, and focused exactly where my body needed attention. I had been experiencing pain in my left leg for months and with a few sessions with Elizabeth and exercises the pain has gone away. I always leave feeling lighter, looser and deeply relaxed after her treatments. Would highly recommend this practitiner to anyone. Thank you Elizabeth.

Not a professional atmosphere at all. The noise in the hallway while getting my massage was ridiculous. The noise in the adjacent room was awful. My massage therapist was excellent and also stated that it’s never been like this the year that I’ve been here. Apparently there were sales people that day, there seemed to be at the front desk when I arrived. The chatting and noise was so obnoxious that I went outside to wait for my appointment. $135 of my hard earned money wasted.

I had a really great experience with Denise for acupuncture. She was so professional, explained everything well before she did anything, and answered all my questions. She found JUST the right spots that were bothering me, even places I didn't know were bothering me until she put some pressure on them. I was very impressed and would recommend this clinic. Booking was simple and they do direct billing. Free parking on site too at the back of the building

I have been going to Ronen for about a year and he is the best massage therapist l have been to. He is very knowledgeable, professional, caring, and takes the time to talk about my issues. He knows exactly which areas to work on. When l go in to Ronan l am stiff and sore, and when l leave, it's as if he has melted me. I highly recommend Ronen Grinstein. Janelle at the front office is very friendly and l always feel welcome when going to Purely Wellness.

Got a gift certificate to have services done here. Walked in to make an appointment and the lady at the desk was on the phone and did not even acknowledge me. Stood there for two minutes and she not once made eye contact or any kind of acknowledgement. Disappointed by this as an initial experience for a spa. Poor customer service in my opinion and I won’t be back nor recommend this place
