It was my first time at this place and I really enjoyed it. A lovely place with a great atmosphere, nice soft music, a small water station and tea available, a clean environment, and my massage was excellent; the masseuse did a fantastic job. The only reason I'm taking off one star is that the waiting room is very small with only four seats, and also the area where you place your hands during the massage had some white spots on it (I imagine someone accidentally salivated on it and it wasn't noticed or cleaned afterward), but that doesn't detract from the excellent service I received. I'll definitely be going back since my back already feels better :)

What a wonderful discovery it was to meet Isabelle Gagnon, massage therapist! I've traveled the world and experienced many massages, and Isabelle is among the best. She is extremely competent, talented, attentive, and professional. It's clear she has a passion for what she does. It's more than just a body massage she gives you; it's also a lot of positive energy. I highly recommend her services. A gift you should give yourself. Louise

No spa on site, even though the name of the business suggests otherwise. My wife and I received the worst massages in recent years. No secure locker on site. In short, avoid if you are used to real therapeutic treatments. The place is very clean, however, and the welcome is warm, but it's not all bad...disappointing.

First: a Zen-like setting right in the heart of downtown, next to the metro station—so hot!! Second: what a wonderful discovery! A lomi-lomi massage... with the sound of waves and the massage therapist's arm movements—wow!! It's an experience I'll definitely repeat; it was fantastic!! Thank you, Casandra

Excellent massage, however, the masseurs are not recognized by insurance companies. My wife tried several times to contact them to resolve the issue, but they were unable to do so. Now they are not returning our calls.
