We recently purchased a hot tub from Rocky Mountain Pools and Spas, and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish. We worked with Scott Kondi, who was incredibly attentive and responsive. He consistently called/emailed us back, even on weekends and after hours, and he was always available by email and text. Communication throughout the process was excellent. Rocky Mountain Pools and Spas even set up the hot tub we were considering so that we could do a wet test, which made us feel confident in our decision. From the purchase through delivery and final setup, everything was flawless and very well coordinated. We chose a Hot Spring Grandee with the salt water system and monitoring, and we absolutely love it. We have been using it daily for a couple of months now. The patented jets are incredible and provide a thorough, truly therapeutic massage. What really sets this company apart is the level of care they provide after the sale. They offer a hot tub school every Saturday morning for new owners. We attended and found it extremely helpful. Drew walked us through everything we needed to know to properly care for the hot tub and maintain perfect water quality. Since then, we have been back to the store several times, and every visit feels personal. The staff recognizes us and continues to give us the same level of attention and support as they did before we purchased. We could not be happier with our experience and would highly recommend Rocky Mountain Pools and Spas to anyone considering a hot tub.

Recently bought a Hot Spring hot tub from Jay. The sales experience was excellent, Jay came out and did a site visit to ensure we could get the spa we chose where we wanted it. They were very accommodating on helping us with setting up a delivery time that worked for us to be able to get the hot tub into our yard. Jeff was tremendous and ran all the electrical and coordinated the install which went very smooth. They had the tub up and running the same day. Jay was very helpful with coming out afterwards to ensure we understood the chemical/salt process and give us some maintenance tips. We are very happy with our tub after about a month of use. Would definitely recommend Rocky Mountain Pools and Spa to my friends and family. Thanks for all your help Jay and Jeff.

I’ve bounced several questions off Scott and Jeff (installer and electrician) and they both are very responsive. This is my first hot tub and came into the process very ‘green’. I had a mountain of questions and each one was addressed thoroughly, leaving me feeling supported and confident that I had someone in my corner throughout the entire process. The spa care information session that we attended on a Saturday with Drew was also excellent.
