Rustic Retreat Glamping Dome

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Weekend I’ll Never Forget I had no idea what was in store when my girlfriend told me we were going horseback riding for the weekend — turns out, that was just a clever cover for one of the most unforgettable moments of my life. As we pulled up to the Rustic Retreat, I was a little confused not seeing any horses… but I went along with it, assuming they were in a back field or something. We walked up to this charming little bridge, and that’s when I noticed pictures of the two of us lined along the path and a glowing sign at the end that read “Will you marry me.” I instantly started crying — and of course, it was a very easy yes. As if the proposal wasn’t magical enough, I found out we’d be staying the weekend in the most beautiful yurt dome I’ve ever seen. Cozy, peaceful, and thoughtfully designed — it was the perfect space to take in everything that had just happened. The next day, we did actually go horseback riding, followed by a beach trip and a games night (where I lost at literally everything — especially Yahtzee). But despite the losing streak, I can honestly say I won this weekend in every possible way. Thank you to the hosts of Rustic Retreat for creating such a magical space — it will forever be part of our story. We can’t wait to come back. ❤️

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Dome! We are local and had heard all the rave reviews about this place. Most people had a hard time putting it into words because a space so magical is difficult to describe. One of the biggest perks for us as Niagara residents was how close it is. Only a 5-minute drive off the beaten path and you immediately feel as if you're in some faraway oasis. We were impressed from the moment we drove up to the parking lot...rolling hills surrounding a large pond with a rustic bridge connecting to an island overlooking the dome and expansive grounds. The inside of the dome was a whole other story with all the welcoming and thoughtful details and extraordinary views. Both interior and exterior spaces were immaculate and the perfect blend of Jake's and Heather's talents: his meticulous craftsmanship and her careful attention to personal comfort and pampering. We watched the sunset by the fire and took in the peaceful sights: geese, crane and a doe with her two fawns. The hot tub was spacious and the outdoor couch was a great spot to relax and unwind by the firepit table. This was the perfect escape from the daily grind. We left feeling reconnected, rejuvenated and relaxed. I would highly recommend this place!

Recently, my partner and I had the pleasure of staying in a romantic and breathtaking glamping dome near Niagara, just a short one- hour drive from Toronto. From the moment we arrived, the dome exceeded all our expectations. With its stunning lake view, the dome provided the perfect backdrop for a romantic getaway. We cherished every moment spent together in the spacious and beautifully appointed room. The highlight of our stay was definitely the jacuzzi, offering an unparalleled experience with its breathtaking views. Watching the sunrise from our dome was simply magical. The complimentary drinks and food provided were beyond delicious, adding an extra touch of luxury to our stay. The fireplace area in our room was incredibly cozy, creating the perfect ambiance for relaxation. We also appreciated the well-equipped kitchen, where we cooked our meals in the morning and utilized the outdoor grill section at night. Overall, our experience at this dream property was nothing short of amazing. I highly recommend it to anyone planning a romantic getaway. You won't be disappointed!

If your thinking about booking this amazing place DO IT. From the great view, beautiful decor and delicious treats my husband and I really enjoyed our stay. This is by far our favourite place that we have rented through Airbnb and are looking forward to staying at this luxury romantic glamping dome again in the future.
