***edit in response to owner comment. Wow I cannot believe you would lie so openly. You definitely heard me say ouch multiple times during the appointment and even asked if I had a sensitive scalp to which I said yes. Please just own up to your mistakes instead of lying again and again. You went over my already lightened hair with bleach (which was completely unnecessary as I only wanted the roots touched up and the color refreshed) which is why the mids faded so much lighter than the rest of my hair. DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON. They will ruin your hair AND LIE ABOUT IT. Extremely unprofessional and I am appalled. Would give this one star if I could. Waste of $300 and it ruined my hair. I’ve never been so disappointed with a salon before. I picked this place because it had good reviews and the owner had a lot of experience. Now I didn’t pick the right service on the website, there was no bleach + color option on the site so I just picked color, apparently that wasn’t right. Anyway when I got there she said it was the wrong service and she didn’t schedule me for a bleach and color but it was okay and she could do it in time. It felt rushed, she was soo rough with my fine hair, and after the color faded a few weeks later I noticed that the middle of my hair was a few shades lighter than my ends and the top. My hair is 4 different colors now and not in a nice gradient way, in a mismatched way. I emailed the salon letting them know and the owner denied ever being rough with my hair even though during the appointment I said ouch and showed discomfort multiple times. And then she proceeded to blame me for the outcome of my uneven hair, brushing it off that it’s my fault because I use arctic fox semi permanent dye between salon visits. My hair routine has been this way for years and no other stylist has left my hair with uneven bleach like this. I wanted a simple root touch up and saw her go down my hair with bleach where it was already previously lightened. And she had the audacity to say it’s my fault that my hair is uneven. It wasn’t uneven before I went into the salon, and she bleached over where it was already lightened. Please. For a $300 service I am furious. Not only did this ruin my hair, the salon did not offer to fix it. All I wanted was a root touch up and color touch up, this wasn’t a huge complicated request and now my hair is worse off than when I went in there. Not to mention the further bleach damage my hair will have to endure for the color to be corrected in the future. If she didn’t feel it was enough time to do the service I wanted properly I would have rather she just have rebooked me. Maybe she was having an off day or this is just how she runs things, I don’t know. But I won’t be back to find out. Be careful with your hair here friends. Even the places with good reviews can’t be trusted sometimes. Shame, because I had high hopes for this place. And for the owner to show zero accountability, well that says a lot about the integrity of this place.

I’m sorry to say, but I’m disappointed in my experience. First, it was quite odd when I arrived, they asked for my name, other than that no one spoke to me. I was walked over to a chair and then it was super awkward. Getting my hair cut I asked for a basic cut and dusting. Normally this take 1-1.5 hours because of how long my hair is. The “dusting” was only done for a few minutes. For reference I was in and out of the salon, hair wash- paying in 35 minutes. I think because the girl was new she didn’t know what dusting was maybe? When I went to pay the girl went completely silent again. I payed and told both women to have a good day- and they were both radio silent. I awkwardly walked to my coat. Being ignored once again. When I got to my car I FaceTimed my family and they were all laughing saying how I wasted my money and my hair loooked identical. And I 100% agreed. I was disheartened all day I just spent $66 on a hair wash and to be ignored arriving and leaving. Just overall a bad experience and I won’t be returning

✨ ABSOLUTELY LUXURIOUS ✨ That’s how I’d describe my experience at Salt Day Spa! From the front desk, to the waiting room, to the treatment rooms, it was beyond incredible! The boho-luxe decor throughout was breathtaking and set a truly peaceful vibe 💖 I was lucky enough to get to experience a facial in their salt room and it was, by far, my favourite spa experience to date! The salt room was heavenly and all the products that were used, especially the strawberry rhubarb ones, smelled amazing. I can’t say enough good things about this place! It’s quite possibly the cutest day spa in the Edmonton area! 🙌

I had gel extensions done by Haley and they are amazing. She listened to everything I had to say about how I wanted my nails done and seemed to always know what I was talking about. They turned out exactly how I wanted them. The spa was so relaxing I almost fell asleep. Great atmosphere and it smells so nice. Wonderful staff. Edit: I had a gel pedicure done today by Haley and once again she knocked it outta the park! My toes are perfect 👌 relaxing experience and can't wait to return.

I treat myself to facials at Salt throughout the year, and they are always my go-to giftcards to gift my friends. They are always so relaxing and rejuvenating, with such amazing organic Eminence products! I love the facial sculpting massage too, you get a mini facial with a ton of lymphatic drainage as well. Highly recommend, and often do! All my friends who have been gifted a facial too have absolutely loved it!
