Sam Yue Su is a wonderful RMT. He is extremely knowledgeable about the human body and how all its parts are interconnected. He discussed possible blockages in my body and provided exercises I can do to help improve them. Sam truly listens to your problem areas and clearly explains what is happening in your body and what needs attention. He noted that my body tends to run cold and focused on improving my circulation. At the end of the session, he provided a clear summary of the exercises and remedies I can continue doing on my own to support my healing. I felt informed, cared for, and supported throughout the session, and I will definitely continue going back to him.

Came here with my sister after getting gift cards and had a lovely facial experience from start to end. We came a bit early and sat in the cosy waiting area where we were offered tea, coffee, water, and cookies which was a pleasant surprise. Our estheticians, Michelle and Stefanie, were amazing — the skin consult and thoughtful recommendations helped me understand where my skin care regimen can improve, and the detox facials were fantastic and highly relaxing. The receptionist was such a pleasure as well. Thank you to the amazing team here for making our first facial experiences so enjoyable, I will certainly be back!

Absolutely Amazing Spa Experience every time. Very Clean and Cosy and the Staff. Are very Hospitable! We receive our Massage Therapy Services and highly recommend all their therapists especially P Ursulescu. It a wonderful place I enjoy visiting every time sitting in their waiting rooms are very calming. I used to come here for my prenatal massage treatments 15 years ago. Then we moved to Newmarket and were blessed to experience Santuary Day Spa up there. We have moved backed to Richmond Hill and love it here. We always choose Santuary

I had the pleasure of receiving a massage from RMT named Daniel. I explained to Daniel the areas of pain (neck, shoulders, upper back) that required attention and he was very precise in finding all the knots and tailored to them skillfully and professionally. The massage was very calm and tranquil. The following days I had less pain and was very grateful for his expertise and the relaxing experience. The ambience of the spa is very welcoming and clean. I highly recommend this spa and I will definitely go back.

I had the pleasure of receiving a massage today from Rosvi Galsim, and it was genuinely one of the best experiences I’ve had. She took the time to properly stretch each muscle and, being both a certified Osteopathic practitioner and an RMT, she was able to target and relieve the lower-back pain I’ve been dealing with. Massages can be hit or miss, but I can confidently say Rosvi did an excellent job. Thank you again, I’ll definitely be back!
