I initially it is a lovely place, calm, low-lit, gentle music, …. all exactly as I’d hoped. Big towel, over-big cosy robes. Sweet. But for me it turned out to be dangerous. I am 74, active, don’t use a cane or walked, and yet I found the undulating floor (I suppose for the need to drain excess water), slippery, in the dark, unnerving. Flip flops are not helpful as your wet food slides around in them. The most dangerous place was the sauna where the seating is around the outside of the small room and the heat rocks are down the center for the length of the room. This layout meant that passing a seated guest to get to an available spot was extremely limited, so loosing your balance meant you either landed in their lap or onto the rock frames. Add to that, the floor in that room was slatted wood, wet, and very slippery. One wall was mirror so on entering the darker-yet room, it was disorienting. The mirror is not good for an already precarious setting. There were a lot of comfortable places to curl up in your robe and relax. At a point juice was brought around, which was lovely. I noticed that the other clients were younger by a lot. Perhaps that is my strongest recommendation, be young and relatively agile to enjoy this spa.

Amazing spa in the heart of Old Montreal, and just a few blocks from chez moi! Loved the thermal experience and the staff suggestions for timing of each, lovvvved the deep tissue massage!!! The space gets 5⭐️s also for cleanliness, service, ambiance and amenities! No photos to add as it’s very private and no phones (or talking) allowed. They do offer a nice herbal tea and water for free and juices for sale. There’s no restaurant or food besides free apples. They do have valet parking for a price, it’s worthwhile for visitors as Old Montreal is challenging to park. You can buy a swim suit there, sandals are good to bring but not mandatory. Reserve your massage in advance but walk-ins for the thermal experience are available. Definitely a must for one of the best spa experiences in Old Montreal. It’s not huge but also has a comfy vibe for space. There is no outdoor services so perfect for the cold weather. I loved it, both times I went ! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️☆ A nice urban spa right in the heart of Old Montreal. I actually live in Montreal but never realized where it was — it’s easy to miss from the outside since the sign is quite discreet. Inside it’s cozy and clean, though the navigation could be clearer — it’s not immediately obvious where to go after the changing area, especially for first-time visitors. The spa is small and entirely indoors (no outdoor area), but for a city spa, it’s a lovely place to relax. The pool with a strong water jet is great, and they offer tea and water — I even bought some tea to take home! The “Zero Noise” room is an interesting idea, though you can still hear footsteps from above. Otherwise, the staff are wonderful — quiet, polite, and very attentive. There’s no parking directly at the spa, and street parking in Old Montreal is nearly impossible (mostly reserved or for deliveries). Plan to use a paid parking lot nearby. Overall, a great place to unwind and take a peaceful break from the city.

I can’t say enough good things about this spa. It’s been three days since my visit, and I still feel incredibly relaxed and reflective. Originally from Ontario, I travelled there for my birthday celebration, and I can confidently say I made the best choice as a luxury spa enthusiast. This place is definitely high on my list. The staff was intuitive, friendly, and helpful. They were inclusive and welcoming, and they provided excellent information. The facilities were spotless, and the spa environment itself was absolutely stunning—jaw-dropping! The steam room smelled amazing, and the pool was perfect. I even managed to sneak a nap in the relaxing area between treatments. I’m so happy I went here; it was worth every penny. I highly recommend it to anyone who’s ever asked me about my trip. It was definitely the highlight of my entire vacation.

It is a highly recommended place, where you disconnect from the world, I took a Thai massage and it was great, the first massage in which I did not go out or I was left with pain and that really relaxed me. They also have a hot-cold circuit, with sauna, cold shower, steam, jacuzzi and cold tank that keep you happy, young and calm. They have several areas to read or just sleep. IMPORTANT do not forget a room that is up to the end with a black glass door that there is total silence. And you fall asleep like when you were a baby. If you come to Montreal, give yourself the opportunity to visit it
