Great massages and atmosphere, but reception desperately needs improvement. Good luck trying to get someone to answer the phone - never in the 3 years that I’ve been coming here have I been able to get ahold of someone when calling. I’m extremely disappointed by my recent experience in which I booked a couple’s massage via email, was given the option for a Saturday at 2:30 with a handful of different therapists. I responded immediately confirming that we would take the appointment and asked if they still had my credit card information on file to hold the reservation. I never received a response so I assumed they didn’t need anything further from me. We showed up for our massage and was told there was no reservation and that we would have received an email and/or a call notifying us the appointment was cancelled - however I received nothing aside from the first email stating the appointment availability. We had scheduled our entire day around this appointment and had looked forward to it all week, and drove from out of town for it to be not scheduled due to the reception incompetence. Was offered nothing but a half hearted “sorry” and the option to book for another day.

Had the Lux Pedicure today. Was my birthday gift. I was looking forward to it. I felt like the it was rushed. The woman was nice, but didn’t seem to take her time. Later to find out I was her last client for the day. I was looking forward to the massage part. She did maybe 5 minutes on each leg and used no pressure. The client next to me had at least a 20 minute long massage on a regular pedicure. I was told the paraffin wax would be on for 20 minutes. She was gone for half an hour. Came back, didn’t wipe off the excess wax from my feet and legs. I had to wipe them down when I got home. She quickly put the polish on, and there is some on my skin. I have honestly had a better experience at other nail places where you pay way less. Very disappointed

My mom and I went here for a special Mothers Day present. We received the scape facial, glo scrub, and pedicures. The facial was amazing ! ( 5 stars) But we found the lady doing the Glo Scrub rushed through it just to get it done. When it came time to pay, I had 3 gift cards with balances checked on all 3 cards weeks before the appointment which would have covered ALL services. The front desk staff did not honour the full balances on all 3 cards and made me pay $200 out of pocket for services they provided. When asked why, she would not explain but just said that’s what was owing. So disappointed as there was no further investigation. When using gift cards make sure they honour the FULL amount.

On a Friday afternoon, it was a nice, tranquil atmosphere. Had an hour of uninterrupted time in change room. First time having a body wrap. Overall, good experience, although I wouldn't recommend for anyone with back/neck issues. Unlike a traditional massage, there is no cutout in headrest for your face, so neck is bent when on back and bed is quite firm. Friendly staff and fairly clean (a few dusty corners/base boards). Complimentary robes, sanitized flipflops, hair appliances, smoothies and disposable underwear! They removed whirlpool and now only have steam room. As you can see from photos, the whirlpool area is being converted into a seating area.

When I first came here it used to be really good, but the last few times I went there I have been disappointed. I find they're cutting corners and the service isn't as good as it used to be. They used to have a whirlpool you could soak in before your services but they no longer have it. I just found I kept getting less and less every time I went and not nearly as good as service as the first couple times I went there.
