My friends and I visited this spa, and overall, we had a great experience. It’s definitely a more affordable place for a thermal experience, and although the spa was smaller, it never felt cramped. You are given a bathrobe, towel, and plastic bag for any wet goods. A locker with a keypad is included, and there is shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hair dryers available. There is a wet and dry sauna, cold pool, and a large hot tub/pool with jets. There is also a lounge area by the pool, as well as cucumber water. There are a few things that I want to mention for anyone interested. There isn’t any official parking offered, just street parking. However, the street across the spa offers 3 hour parking slots which is convenient for the 3 hour circuit. Furthermore, the change rooms are quite small, and there are only 2 shower stalls. We had to wait to shower, and since the lockers are small, there’s not a lot of space to wait in. Lastly, the cleaning solution used in the cold pool made all of our eyes burn for a few hours after leaving the spa, even though none of us had our eyes open in the cold pool. Generally, we would recommend this spa for the price point.

Beautiful small indoor spa, one hot sauna, one large steam room, cold plunge with waterfall feature and snow pit, lounge area and a large whirpool with waterfall. 3 hour slots, i recommend coming in at 11AM to get in before more people start to trickle in, it may get a bit cramped but I never felt crowded, you just move around the stations and you can avoid just about anyone. Very clean facitiy, staff always around making sure everything is neat and tidy, bathrobe and towel provided upon entry and is included in the price. Cold water dispensers are available at the lounge area. This is a no talk spa, so all you couples out there who think you can come in and pretend this is your house think again and respect those that really want to relax and just be quiet. I did have to tell some couples to stop talking because it was very disrespectful. Since I came by myself and all I wanted to do was relax, but this is not the spa's fault. It's just some people have no respect.. it's walking distance from my place. So i'm very happy to have found it, and will definitely be back for sure.

The spa itself was nice, but it was the ambiance that was weird. Be aware that this spa is more of a romantic lets say spot… As soon as we walked down the stairs there were like 5 couples cuddling on top of each other. Then as we turn left to go to the spa even more couples making out in the spa… Not the spa’s fault of course but still felt like we were interrupting something everytime we walked in a room… if you plan going late at night this might not be the place for you… Overall nice but had some dust in the spa. The hammam did not have that usual eucalyptus smell but was still very pleasant. As for the beds, most were occupied as I said… The staff was very friendly, especially the girl at the desk this thursday night! Y’all should definetly upgrade her!!! (lol joking but it was a very nice welcome from her)

Our visit to Spa Carré Saint-Louis and the restaurant was absolutely amazing, and we want to give a special thanks to Majid for his exceptional service. Although we didn’t stay at the hotel, our experience at the spa and restaurant was nothing short of perfect. The spa was a peaceful sanctuary clean, serene, and truly relaxing. The treatments were top notch, and the ambiance was perfect for unwinding. After the spa, we enjoyed a delicious meal at the restaurant. The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. It was a great way to wrap up a relaxing day. We will definitely be back and highly recommend Hotel & Spa Carré Saint-Louis to anyone looking for an outstanding spa and dining experience!

I visited the spa for a massage to get over my post-workout body soreness. When I walked in I informed the masseuse (Carine) that I wanted to focus on lower body. However , she was so good at her job she identified the stress points in my upper body and relieved the tension off my back and shoulders. I realised only after she did her magic, that I needed that release. I ended up extending my session to 90mins to let her continue her work. Unlike other spas I've been to, she heard me out and provided a full body massage. The session felt complete. I'd absolutely visit again. By the way, they do support insurance receipts. Carine is an RMT (registered massage therapist).
