SPA FONTANA

I have never said to myself while during a massage, “when is this massage going to end.” This was the absolute worst and lack of knowledge massage I have ever experienced. Not only unprofessional but I was also super uncomfortable the whole time. I heard the woman text during my appointment, I also heard another employee go in and out of the room. She was taking to the employee the whole time, while with the door open so there was NO privacy. I felt stuck and uncomfortable to say I didn’t feel secure getting this massage. I got scratch marks on my leg, back & my head from her. When I asked for lighter pressure she pressed even more to the point where I would winced every time she touched me. I then spoke louder saying a lot less pressure. She still didn’t understand. I left this place worse than I did coming in. I will never return

Went for reflexology, was aggressively talked into a full body massage at a slight increase. The masseuse was very sweet, but clearly untrained. The massage was very awkward and she actually injured the back of my knee. I excused myself and left. Was intercepted by the manager (the one who pushed me into the massage) who told me to wait a half hour for "a professional", which angered me. I do not recommend this place. Highly unprofessional.

I have to say I was pleasantly surprised with my experience at this spa a few weeks ago. I booked in for a massage and facial, and both treatments and therapists were great! Im not so sure the massage therapist was formally trained, but it still felt nice. My only complaint is that the walls are a little thin so you can hear some noise/phone ringing. All the ladies made my visit really great, will be back for sure :)

Last week, I came to get eyelash extensions at fontana-spa. Actually, I’ve done that in many different places, but this place is so far the best. The lashes they have are extremely soft and gorgeous, which also gives me a natural look. Jasmine did a great job. She is very patient and professional. Anyway, I’m ready for my holiday now and I’ll def come back here for another appointment!

I absolutely love all of the staff at Fontana day spa. Every time I walk in that door, Shirley is there with a huge welcoming smile. She will go above and beyond to assure that your service is top notch. Clean friendly and great massages, foot reflexology. The lash service is amazing too!! I cannot get enough of this place! Highly recommend it. Ask for Shirley, she is amazing!
