Spa in the Village

I received a mommy spa package from my hubby for Mother's Day. Due to surgery after surgery, the appointment was post poned until I was able to fully enjoy this service. I cannot stress enough how amazing the reception was with all of the changes. Always cheerful and understand. I started off with the inferred sauna that was stunningly decorated with the option to shower afterwards. (Huge plus in my books) The massage was 10/10, and the entire time, I felt extremely relaxed and in good hands. I was then lead down to the manicure room that was sooo trendy and cute. The entire spa sits in an adorable tiny village in downtown burlington. As you continue your package, you're escorted through the antique building that has such a danty feel. It was clean and furnished amazingly. If you have a chance definitely give this hidden gem a try. I cannot wait to return. Thanks for your hospitality and phenomenal services.

A lovely spa! I booked my mom a Mother’s Day massage here this year and couldn’t say enough good things about this spa and their staff! My mom said it was one of the best massages she had ever had, and they even gave her roses on her way out (so sweet). I also have to mention that the staff are unbelievably accommodating and lovely. I had initially booked a Mother’s Day spa day at a different spa, however after they cancelled on me at the 11th hour I was desperate to find an appointment somewhere, but being so close to Mother’s Day this was nearly impossible. The spa in the village went the extra mile to bring in extra staff to accommodate my mum on Mother’s Day. I am so thankful to them for accommodating me in this tricky situation. Will absolutely be booking again! These employees are so sweet and accommodating, plus they give outstanding massages. Thank you spa in the village!!

My mom had a fabulous experience visiting Spa in the Village for the first time today. We treated my mom to a signature facial and pedicure for her birthday. I chose this spa for its high rating and lovely reviews, and I requested Beverly specifically because she had many positive reviews that mentioned her facial services. All the amazing reviews really lived up to the hype! Beverly’s blend of professionalism and humour made this spa experience unforgettable for my mom. She clearly loves her job and is great at it. The spa itself is serene and tidy, and the rest of the staff are lovely as well. They were super helpful over email leading up to my moms appointment and made sure I had all my questions answered. Thank you Beverly! We’ll be back!

Went in for a simple eyebrow threading and made it very clear exactly what I wanted. The lady completely ignored my instructions and did whatever she felt like. My eyebrows look awful — uneven, overdone, and nothing like what I asked for. When I pointed it out, she tried to justify it and said, “They’ll grow back in a week,” as if that somehow made it acceptable. I’ve had my brows done perfectly elsewhere, but I decided to give this place a chance because I was referred — big mistake. I’ll gladly drive the extra distance next time. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone who cares about how they look.

I was gifted a spa package; I truly had a wonderful overall experience. I truly loved Aida, she explained everything beforehand. She was very respectful and professional throughout and created such a peaceful environment. I felt genuinely cared for from beginning to end. Polite and welcoming right from the front desk. Their kindness elevated my experience.
