Spa Les Thermes De L'Auberge

My partner booked a night, partly so we could enjoy the spa. We called reception in the morning to find out when we could access it, and a few minutes later, we were told we could go at 9:30 a.m. We went twice, using our two room keys, and finally decided to leave at 10:15 a.m. because the enjoyment of going there had faded. Once we arrived at reception, the employee told us it was the housekeeping staff's responsibility to unlock the door so we could relax in one of the two spas. This wasn't done, and we were extremely disappointed. The price is higher because of the service, and we weren't able to use it. I don't recommend this hotel, which is well located for relaxation with a beautiful view of the Richelieu River (hence my 2-star rating). The room was nice, but the soundproofing is terrible.

Massages under the rain shower, full ceiling, calm, courteous and discreet service with extensive experience. Wall-to-wall accommodations with river views, boats, rooms nearby, marina with marina bar, inn and renowned inn restaurant... enchanting natural "country" setting whether you're passing by bike, car or for an overnight stay... you want to return because you feel better leaving, you want to come back, you wish to stay. (Many celebrate their wedding or other event here).
