This spa is amazing! Incredible setup with plenty of rooms. What I enjoy is that there are more than one of each type of room (dry sauna, hammam, ect.)The electronic bracelet makes the whole locker thing way easier too. The massages were great and really relaxing. The local is great, being both inside and outside, partly on the roof. I like that a part of a pool was made of glass and we could see under us two floors down. The hot/cold rotation is a big concept of this spa and it realizes it really well with the various type of pools being close together to switch easily. The place was clean and employees were polite and calm. As always, the worst part is spas are the clients and this place makes no exception. not everyone is silent, and I think staff could be a little more strict and warn those people, but except that, everything was just amazing. Things to note: Extra towels are 2$ and bathrobes are 5$. The entry was free if we spent more than 65$. This means a massage would do the trick. Since many insurances covers massages... Do the math :P It's more than worth it!

I loved going here after a long day at work to relax. The staff is friendly but they do not care AT ALL if people are following the rules! When going to a place like this, you'd expect people to read the signs but they don't! There are specific areas that say "No talking permitted" and going in there to lay down and having a bunch of people loudly talking is the last thing I want. There is also a rule about NO phones or recording devices but the second you are in the pool, everyone takes out their phones WITH FLASHLIGHT to take photos and videos.

Relaxation, equanimity, and serenity...these are just a few words that describe the bliss that awaits you here. Exaggerations aside, this is an excellent full-service spa with many options to choose from. The only potential drawback is the menu, but the pools, steam baths, saunas, and relaxation make up for the meal options. Highly recommended. Pro-tip: get a gift certificate at Costco before coming. You can spend $79 for a $100 gift certificate, making it an even better deal.

Spa experience overall was great and very relaxing. We spent four hours in the circuit. Everything including the locker rooms was very clean and well maintained. The snow room was a highlight. Just some nitpicks---some of the mini tiles were coming loose in the corner outdoor cold pool. Also, we were a little turned off by the fact that you had to pay extra to replace your wet towels. Next time, we would bring our own bath robe. Would return for a repeat experience.

This has been one of my best spa experience. The place was very relaxing, from the sounds to the lighting. I very much liked the more modern feel to it. I also tried the bistro, price wise it was ok but the quality was superb. Next time i will be taking a massage for sure. One thing the i feel was mossing though was bottles of water or more water station i was only able to find one water station. All in all very pleasant experience
