Ultimately, I'm very disappointed... after a year of service, they're still unable to order a filter, even after sending photos. They repeatedly sell products that don't work to clean the pool and keep the water clear. On top of that, they recommend Piscine Simon for cleaning, and this company takes our old pump, tells us it's broken, and when we repeatedly ask them to bring it back, they make empty promises, never return it, and finally stop answering the phone. A complete scam! When you recommend a company, you should ensure its reliability. They also sell at higher prices than elsewhere... So, two companies that have ripped me off at this address. I absolutely do not recommend them, avoid them at all costs... they're crooks. In the end, they brought me a pump they must have dug out of the back of their garage that doesn't work. Of course, mine must have been fine!

Horrible service. I'm young, very polite, and I showed her exactly what I needed. She told me she didn't understand anything I was saying, even though they're supposed to be specialists in this field. Furthermore, I couldn't have been clearer: photo, model name, year. In short, a bit disappointed.

Best products and services! I've tested other products and I had to go there with a water sample so they could save my water. They only sold me what I needed; they know their stuff. Plus, with their loyalty card, I get some free products from time to time, which is much appreciated!

Spent around $700 to fix my hot tub, it still does not work and they will not take any responsibility for there work. Sent them photos of our filters with serial codes so they could order them and they couldn’t even get that right. I do not recommend this company.

The owner knows the spas very well, the service is outstanding, a lot of inventory, if she doesn't have it she does the necessary research to find it for you. Spa relocation service is also outstanding. You won't go wrong when you go there.
