Had really tight traps and Annie got me in last minute. Did a 45-min massage with cupping (first time for me), closer to an hour. Honestly hard to find someone who uses enough pressure, but she was strong and intentional. A couple of days after the massage, I feel completely free of any shoulder or neck pain.
