Stillwater Float Centre

I had a wonderful first experience during my sauna session. Sonia was very helpful and friendly and the rooms are clean and welcoming. You can tell this establishment is a part of the community here in Aldershot and loved by everyone.

Excellent place to relax and unwind. The float tanks are clean, spacious and the room is well maintained. Sonia is a lovely person to deal with, always ready to provide the best customer experience possible.

Stillwater Therapy is exceptional. The fire and ice experience is calm, intentional, and incredibly restorative. The space feels safe, well-designed, and deeply supportive. I leave feeling reset every time.
