We have dealt with St Lawrence Pools for in excess of 15 years We have purchased 2 hot tubs from them as well as 2 full sets of outdoor furniture and many other random pieces. Their staff is excellent and we have dealt with Cale Stapley for the majority of our purchases. His service is excellent and he consistently provides us with excellent advice on our purchases. He genuinely cares that you get what best suits your needs and never pushes things you don't need. He is also very personable and easy to communicate with. We buy all of our chemicals from them as well - they provide free water analysis and offer seminars on how to care for your hot tub or pool. We have also had the pleasure of dealing with both Mikes their who, like Cale provide excellent service and advice. The company and staff are all great and we are pleased to recommend them to anyone as we have for several years.

We recently purchased a pool table from St. Lawrence Pools and Spas in Belleville. We couldn’t be happier with our purchase. The pool table is beautiful! It was an excellent experience from the visit to the showroom to the delivery and set up. It was a pleasure dealing with Daniel and Cale. They were very knowledgeable and helpful during the selection and purchase process. They took extra time to explain the options and answer all of my questions. Henry and Alex delivered and set up the pool table. They were amazing! Very professional, efficient and meticulous in their work. My wife and I just had our Hydropool hot tub delivered and installed and I just wanted to shout out how pleased we are with the whole experience with St Lawrence Pools of Belleville, Ontario. From our first visit to their show room on Hanna Court, the sales staff, Mike Brown to the crew who delivered and set up the hot tub on site. It proved to be a tight fit but Jakob and his partner never faltered, they remained positive and determined and did an excellent job making it happen. He was very informative about all the models and features, and he made the entire process easy and enjoyable. He made it easy to pick the hot tub that worked best for us.
