Stoked Sauna Co.

What an incredible experience! I have visited Stoked Sauna at the Frontenac Club hotel on two occasions with a group of friends. Each time, we were greeted with a smile and warm welcome from Benoit at Stoked Sauna. Let me just say, the cold plunge was not something I thought I would ever do. However - Benoit took all of the people who did the plunge through the process with ease - talked them through their breathing, timed the sessions, got water for everyone after as they entered the sauna portion - just all around helped them complete the thermal spa experience. So I finally tried it! Although I didn’t stay in as long as the others, I was so happy I tried it (twice!). 10/10 on both occasions and would highly recommend!

I have had a pleasure of going to Stocked Sauna a few times, however, i find that the price for facilities are way too overpriced, even though I liked the experience. First of all, the regular price is $75 plus tax for 1 hour and 10 minutes (it is not enough time to relax near the fire and to be not in a rush, you are pressed to go in and out the sauna all the time) Second of all, there is no shower in there, so after bath and the sauna, you just leave with all of your sweat. And lastly the changing rooms are the toilets of Frontenac Club, which i find weird. I'm doing 2 stars for the experience, but minus all the cons that i experienced myself. Hoping that the owder would see this and treat the problems accordingly.

Stoked Sauna Co. was one of the best experiences I've had in Kingston. It was relaxing on a surface level and upon further understanding, it was incredibly relaxing for my entire system. I had the best sleep of my life afterwards! Our guide, Tara was extremely knowledgable and friendly. She walked us through the entire experience, answered all of our questions and made us feel completely comfortable. The location was perfect. Located downtown but the ambiance felt like you were outside the city in your own little oasis. A must-try experience. Next year, i'll be getting a monthly pass to enjoy the experience regularly.

Had an awesome time at Stoke Sauna & Co. This was my first ever sauna experience and it couldn’t have been better. The staff were super friendly and welcoming, explained everything clearly, and made the whole experience really comfortable. The space itself was clean, relaxing, and a great environment to unwind. I was able to go with all my friends, which made it even better, and we all had a blast. Overall, great service, great atmosphere, and a really unique experience. I’ll definitely be back and would recommend it to anyone looking to try a sauna for the first time or just relax and recover.

This place is amazing! It was so relaxing and it had such a cool Scandinavian feel to it. The saunas and cold tubs are pristine and just inside there is a hotel which serves food and drinks. I have gone twice in the past 2 weeks and I plan on making several more trips. Nic was super helpful when I went. He always tended to the fire inside the sauna and asked how my friends and I were feeling and if we needed anything. He had a really cool sauna hat too! I highly recommend this establishment to anyone looking to relieve some stress and relax a little!
