Strøm Nordic Spa

I should probably get there before i rate it ... but my phone experience already threw me off.. my best friend got me a gift card for this spa for my birthday so I finally made reservations online for the thermal experience but then noticed they had the culinary discovery which seems super nice so I called to modify and mentioned i have a gift card I'd like to use .. i was first told I cant modify my appointment and then was told I cant use my gift card on the culinary package... OK so what is the point of getting a strom spa gift card if I cant use it how i please... super disappointed ND hoping the experience makes up for the lousy customer service / So!!! I went and the in person experience totally changed my view IT WAS AMAZING!!!! the staff were all so sweet the service was amazing as specially this one young girl Eden she was lovely. it was clean and relaxed, my boyfriend and I can't wait to go back. We left feeling so relaxed and it was well worth the money :) was able to use my gift card after all I think there was a misunderstanding on the phone 10/10 do recommend

It's a fantastic spa with amazing staff. For people who are larger than average they have robes that fit. Up to size 4XL. My French is terrible but the team made it easy to get all the information I needed. I'll be coming back enough to really focus on my French skills. I came back and really loved it. Again. Not much more to add but I have to say that this is the best spa reachable on a drive from New England. From the main spa to the eucalyptus steam bath each location is clean, and well set for even the coldest days. The massage was also absolutely perfect. She had the right pressure and the temperature was absolutely spot on.

It was a nice visit. The baths were significantly warmer than most others we have visited in Montreal. The food was good. I ordered a hot chocolate which was divine. I enjoyed the addition of the night sky room and sleep room. The sleep room was too light for me - I need pitch black so I dozed in the night room which others seemed to be doing as well. The steam room was great only they didn’t have a partition, so when everyone entered or left - which was so frequent - it would get cold and the steam would escape. But I still recommend trying it, just see if you can handle the top level to deal with the fluctuating temperature.

This was one of our favourite spas that we’ve visited. The grounds were exquisite and the experience was elevated by the view of the St. Lawrence river with the ice flows floating by as if immersed in a live painting. Our massages by Maxime and Alexandre were a 10/10. Our experience in the restaurant was the only flaw of this perfect day. We arrived five minutes early for our booking and didn’t get anything but water for 48 minutes. I had to personally approach the bar for some bread while we were waiting and they gave us one piece of the hardest most in edible bread.

What a surprise!!! I didn't expect anything... turned out to be one of the best places I ate so far in Sherbrooke! Plates look stunning, perfectly balanced tastes. Seasobal, regional, anything you could be looking for. Really surprising combinations of tastes. And all this for this price (3 course for 49CAD) is just incredible. I will deeeefinately come back!
