Tality Wellness Kelowna

We attended what was advertised as Tality Kelowna’s final farewell to their forest location and were charged $20 each. Unfortunately, the experience was nothing like what was promoted, and we were completely dissapointed when we arrived. The sauna was literally attached to the back of a pickup truck and parked in what looked like an industrial construction zone. The “lounge area” was a pop-up tent you’d usually see at kids’ soccer games, furnished with folding chairs, a plastic table, and basic water and coffee dispensers. To “cold plunge,” you had to walk over sharp rocks and step directly into the lake. Not a single towel or robe was provided, and there was nowhere to change. For something we paid for, this was honestly shocking. We left immediately. It was especially disappointing because we were hoping to try Tality before their new downtown location opens, but after this, we won’t be returning anytime soon. Any experience you pay for should reflect a certain level of quality, and I’ve seen far better setups in people’s backyards than what was offered. Had they simply set expectations (like telling guests to bring sandals for the rocks, bring their own towel or robe, and arrive already changed) this review probably wouldn’t exist. Overall, the value was just not there, and we left feeling frustrated and misled.
Tality Forest Spa is always a unique experience amongst a growing collection of Sauna-Plunge wellness centres in North America. The relaxing atmosphere, the friendly people, the bottomless tea and the ownership set it above and beyond the competition without a doubt. Too many little things are so great about this place, it’s impossible to list them all, you HAVE to check it out for yourself. Ideal for first time plungers and veterans alike. Constantly looking forward to my next visit, and cup of tea (thanks Aly) - Jake
This is was amazing, Such a curated experience from the sauna and the countless essential oils to choose from, To the drinks on tap and speciality tea blend, And even more outstanding was the time allowance an hour and 50 mins It’s rare that you have time in a sauna cold plunge to rest/ enjoy the amenities outside of the cold dip and sauna, but sitting around the fire place/ playing card games/ enjoying the zen space was a treat. What a beautiful experience, would highly recommend.
Such a great experience! I'm super glad we had the chance to try this out. Host was super friendly and eager to help out. Atmosphere was great! It would be cool to see at night time too. Tea and komucha was full of flavour. Sauna was nice and hot and there were lots of essential oils to try out :) We will definitely be back!
Absolutely amazing experience from start to finish! Staff are friendly and helpful. Everything else from the saunas, cold plunge’s, showers and community space was incredible. Also a bonus that they have so many good kombucha flavours on tap! This is definitely my new favourite stop in Kelowna. Highly recommend!

Make a day of it — a quick-dry towel, dry bag, and post-soak layers take almost no pack space.
