Most of the time when I've gone for massages at Talo Spa, I've always been satisfied. But this time it was different. I asked the massage therapist to massage me gently, and we talked, and I think I was more attentive to my body. I called the manager the next day to tell her I thought I'd been massaged too hard. She didn't believe me and told me it wasn't true because she's a fairly light massage therapist. Listen, I don't mean to be mean, but when I say I was massaged harder than usual, I know what I'm talking about. I told her that maybe I'd go somewhere else, and she replied, "No problem, we'll live with it." That's no way to speak to a client. I didn't appreciate being spoken to like that, and when I say something about my body, it's because it's true. So I was disappointed and irritated. I hope that this kind of talk won't happen again in the future, if I decide to go back. The day after my massage, I was very inflamed, and I'm usually used to two hours. I admit, maybe it was too long this time. But the inflammation wasn't normal. Sorry, but I had to say it. You have very good massage therapists, and if I go back next time, I'll be more in tune with my body. I hope to receive a warm welcome.

At Talo Spa, you feel pampered. The staff is warm and welcoming. As in many establishments of this type, the professional providing the treatments makes all the difference in your overall experience: my experiences have almost all been positive in this regard. The spa is attractive, modern, and predominantly decorated in white or minimalist tones. It's impeccably clean. The presence of the spa makes the air very humid in the bathing area, but the rest of the spa is well-ventilated, and you don't suffer from this humidity. The treatment rooms are small and could benefit from better soundproofing. The rule of silence in the hallways helps to compensate for this. In short, this establishment is highly recommended for relaxation and high-quality aesthetic or massage therapy treatments.

I visited this spa for the first time. I was supposed to have a facial. Knowing absolutely nothing about skincare, the person (whose name I've unfortunately forgotten!) was incredibly patient, attentive, and very gentle. Not only did I enjoy a fantastic moment of relaxation, but I also received advice that will help me better care for my skin. My partner loved her massage experience. The spa's interior is beautifully designed; you immediately feel a sense of calm and serenity. Everything was very clean and comfortable. We will definitely be back!
