Taman Sari Royal Heritage Spa

I recently stayed at the Hilton Whistler resort and absolutely loved this spa. I had multiple services here; all of them were fantastic. The staff makes this spa really special. In addition to excellent technique, everyone was warm and kind. Spas can be a little intimidating but this was the exact opposite. It sounds silly to say it felt like a very safe space, but that's the best way I know to describe it. The waiting area is not as luxe as the treatment rooms, which are quiet and very comfortable. The tables are heated, which I loved. They have a very convenient online reservation system. I'm so sad that Taman Sari is a whole continent away now! For anyone in Whistler, it's very much worth seeking out.

I had the most amazing experience at this spa! I’ve been searching for an authentic Javanese massage—and this was exactly what I was looking for. The therapist’s technique was a perfect blend of deep tissue and Swedish massage, which left me feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. This hidden gem is small but clean and well-maintained. I highly recommend it to anyone who appreciates Southeast Asian massage styles or is curious to try something beyond the typical massage experience. If you’re looking for something unique and deeply restorative, this place is absolutely worth a visit!

Massage session was alright. Giving a two star due to front desk’s dishonesty. During the booking she claimed deep tissue 50min would be $170 at regular and $150 for hotel guests. However during the checkout, the bill shows up as $170. She said $170 is the promoted price already and $220 will be the regular price, which later I found was a lie as their website listed price is $170. The overall price is above average, but it’s understandable, it’s Whistler after all. I just hate to be fooled. Aside from that, a 18% mandatory tip was also not informed upfront, kinda shabby

Absolutely loved this place! I had such a great experience at this spa. The staff were super welcoming and made me feel comfortable right away. The atmosphere is calm, clean, and beautifully designed—perfect for relaxing. I got a full-body massage, and it was honestly one of the best I’ve ever had. I left feeling totally renewed. Highly recommended.

Had an amazing experience at Taman Sari! I called the day of and was able to book an appointment. My massage therapist was really good and always made sure I felt comfortable. I had their prenatal massage and it was one of the best I've ever had. Love the ambience and relaxing vibe. Would gladly come back!
