Teplo Banya Spa is the best place in the area for relaxation and socializing! Everything is brand new after a full renovation — very clean, modern, and welcoming. The spa features two saunas and two steam rooms, a large jacuzzi, and a spacious swimming pool, making it perfect for true relaxation. The food is delicious, which is a big plus. There is also a private room for celebrating special occasions, such as birthdays or gatherings with friends. I really appreciate that they offer men-only days as well as family days, so everyone can choose the most comfortable experience. The atmosphere is warm and inviting thanks to the lovely owner Natalya and the friendly, professional staff — you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. I highly recommend Teplo Banya Spa to anyone looking for a great place to unwind, connect with friends, and enjoy a high-quality spa experience. We will definitely be back!

Such a wonderful banya spa in Newmarket — I honestly loved every minute here. The atmosphere is calm, clean, and incredibly relaxing, the kind of place where you can truly switch off. The hammam and sauna are excellent, and alternating the heat with the cold water buckets (like an ice shower) is surprisingly refreshing and definitely worth trying. The pool and hot tub add to the experience and make it feel like a complete wellness escape. The food and snacks are delicious, which is a really nice touch, and the massage services are perfect if you want to fully unwind. There’s also a lovely VIP room, great for private celebrations or a special get-together. It’s an ideal spot for a romantic spa date, a relaxed day with friends, or some quality self-care time. If you’re looking for a real reset, Teplo Banya is the spot. Clean, spacious, and built properly — not some tiny spa setup. The pool is a good size, the jacuzzi is big and strong enough to actually relax your muscles, and they have 2 traditional banyas (saunas) plus 2 steam rooms (hamam), so you can switch between dry heat and steam. And yes — they also have cold plunges. That’s the game changer. After a hot banya session, stepping into the cold plunge hits different. It wakes you up, boosts circulation, and makes the whole experience feel complete. There’s also a restaurant on-site with solid food and drinks, so you can take your time and enjoy the full experience. Banya isn’t just relaxing — it’s a proper weekly reset for your body and mind. Go with friends or family. Definitely recommend.

If you want to relax this is not the right place for you. Pros: everything is new and looks nice.. sauna steam jacuzzi is great! Cons: Lots of kids very noisy, kids playing in the pool and jacuzzi, one kid almost whacked me with his ball when I was lounging. Kids in the sauna come in and out playing inside and the heat doesn’t stay. Kids took all the water cups threw them in the pool, was a mess. Where is the supervision ?! restaurant not a lot of selection, you can’t drink tea like other spas you have to drink in the restaurant and it’s not complimentary. I will not go back, we didn’t like the vibe and did not relax. I felt like I came to some kids family pool place definitely not Spa.
