I really miss the old kinsmen pool that was built in 1966 it had a nice nostalgic feel kind of like swimming in an old barn with yellow and blue stained glass window on end and the lockers took a quarter. it such a shame that it is gone now. I do not like this new pool I would rather have the old one back the closest thing to this old pool that is left is the access communications centre that was built in 1962 every thing about this new pool is wrong and I doubt it will even last 47 years the old one was way more beautiful then this new one I would rather swim in a lake than this new pool the city of Hamilton Ontario preserved there 90 year old pool and you demolished my favourite old swimming pool I would have gone there more had you kept it open besides I do not like wave pools or lazy rivers I only like swimming in old barns like in this picture Saskatoon kept their 1976 harry Bailey pool and fixed it up I don't know why you could not have done the same to the old one this place is just a waste of money that could of been used to rehabilitate the old pool this place deserves a no star review the old pool had a way better way of skimming the water for filtration than then the new pool. the old pool had skimming slots all around the perimeter of the pool for filtering the pool water and had steel grates on the top for draining water of the deck to be reifilltered the new pool dose not have this good system and instead skims the water thru a plastic grate at the top only and the top of this grate is disgusting

We usually have a good time at this pool and my kids really enjoy it. But today was a bit frustrating. When we paid to get in, the lady put bracelets on us. My 4-year-old didn’t want to wear one, so I asked if I could wear it for him, but she said no, “that’s the rule”. Once we got inside though, I noticed nobody else was even wearing bracelets. It just felt unnecessary to force it on a little kid when it clearly wasn’t forced on anyone else. I don’t mind rules, but they have to be consistent for everyone.

We are from our of town and we always enjoy bringing the group here. Unfortunately, the hot tub was closed this time, nor was it posted anywhere online about it. We would've gone somewhere else had we known. Other than that, its a great way to spend some time and energy with the kids. The bathrooms are typically pretty clean and there's plenty of parking outside. Not usually the busiest place but I've seen it where theres quite a bit of traffic. Have fun!

I almost got first degree burns on how hot the showers were, I didn’t even realize it was hot at first. My back was red. Every time I come here it’s either freezing, doesn’t warm up, or it’s way too hot. That’s not even it, I passed by one of the neighbouring shower rooms and there was a huge 💩 right beside the toilet. The pool, hot tub, and slides are great. It’s the only reason why I didn’t give it a one.

I had such a great time with my daughter. She was so happy we stayed for 3 hours most of the people were very nice other than how crazy busy it was we had a blast. Definitely going back as soon as we can.
