The Cave Sauna Day Spa

We planned our best friend’s birthday here and it did not disappoint! Highly recommend the private sauna session. The entire establishment is impeccably clean! The sauna and relaxation rooms are beautifully designed and decorated. The pictures do not do the aesthetics justice. Every sauna room and relaxing room was unique. Excellent service! Small touches like providing room temperature bottled water, sauna warp, extra small towels throughout, and plastic foot wraps made it an extraordinary experience. We were also not looking forward to being crammed in the change rooms once we were done – given the limited space available. But the person in charge arranged everything such that the next group went into the other change room – so we had ample and comfortable time to shower, get ready and leave, without encountering anyone else. Recommended suggestions for improvement. The “Relaxation Room” with the swinging chairs should be warm. Since the window was open, we presume that this was intended to be a “cold room”. We avoided this room because it was too cold – though we would have enjoyed lounging on the swinging chairs. The “water-heated loungers” would have been amazing if they were warmer/hotter. A cold plunge would be a good addition. Although parking is available “along the trees” – I regretted parking there instead of on the road as cars who reversed were far too close to my car and it’s a bit too tight to get out if there are multiple cars parked there. Overall, excellent. Already planning to book our next private sauna session.

This was my first time going to anything like this and I can’t wait to go back, it’s a great experience. Calm, relaxing for body and mind and skin feels GREAT – minor aches and pains go away, and you feel bendy and loose and while it is very relaxing, you also feel energized. Customers are booked in 2hr time slots which is just the right amount of time to visit each of the offerings without worrying about the time; it passes surprisingly quickly. After a short tour for first timers, there’s a circuit of hot and cold treatments: the traditional Finnish sauna, a bucket of ice water – and yes, make yourself do it! At first I was sure I wouldn’t and I’m so glad I did – infrared sauna, eucalyptus steam, herbal inhalation room, Himalayan salt steam, surprisingly comfortable and relaxing heated tile loungers in the tepidarium and the Kneipp hydrotherapy where you massage your feet on river stones alternating between hot and cold water. I know you’ll enjoy the experience here and appreciate how good you feel afterwards. I’m pleased to recommend The Cave and look forward to going again.

We had our first experience at The Cave this afternoon and it was nothing short of delightful! From the comfortable and cozy reception area, the saunas, steam rooms, and rest areas, to the kind staff. We opted for a private session and it was very nice to have all the steams, saunas and rest areas to ourselves. However we don’t think that going during a public booking would be bad, just a different experience. Staff explained everything clearly; the change rooms and all the general areas are clean and very well maintained! It was very comfortable and relaxing. We can’t wait to come back! We fully recommend The Cave!!

What a wonderful experience at the Cave. Had a private session for 2 people and had the place to ourselves for 2 hours! You can move freely between the rooms for as long as you want in each.The salt inhalation room and the eucalyptus steam room were our favorites but all the rooms were beyond any expectations. The staff member was so kind and very helpful. I've been telling everyone they need to come here. It is so worth it!

We just spent two hours in Cave SPA and we feel amazing!! My skin is so smooth. Such a relaxing place, we loved the variety of saunas and steam rooms, massage chairs and relaxing chairs. What a great place. We will definitely come back and bring our friends too. The staff is super nice and friendly.
