When my hot tub quit working, I called The Hot Tub Man to see if I could fix it myself. Tanner , Jillian and Stacie were super helpful and patient, walking me through different troubleshooting steps over the phone. Since I live out of town, I really appreciated him trying to save me a service call! When it turned out I needed a new spa pack, Tanner came out and got everything working perfectly. He, Jillian, and Stacey have all been awesome—always friendly and quick to respond. Tanner also suggested a hose filter system so I don’t have to haul water anymore—game changer! My water’s crystal clear now. Thanks to the whole team at The Hot Tub Man for the great service and advice!

Very thorough with their hot tub service. Long story short, we have an older hot tub that wasn’t working, and we got an opinion on it by the company we purchased it from (a while ago), and they just found one problem at a time, leading to a long and expensive journey with the hot tub still not working after. The Hot Tub Man came and found all 4 problems in the first inspection. They gave us a very thorough and honest quote of how much it would be to fix our current tub vs buy new. Would highly recommend The Hot Tub man for hot tub service, as they were prompt, honest, thorough, and great communicators.

We have been using Tanner and his team for years. We got a refurbish hot tub from them fall 2024 it’s so amazing just like new! This team knows what they are doing when it comes to taking care of hot tubs and providing quality service. They have all the chemicals, treatments and accessories you’ll ever need for your hot tub. We are even impressed with their service program and will be signing up for that. It will be less stressful for us and we can just actually enjoy our spa! We are happy customers and will always rave Tanner and his team!

Everyone who I dealt with at the Hot Tub man was incredibly helpful and pleasant to deal with. Service was great and the techs told me what and why they were doing things. They were out here in -20c to repair my tub and it was bitterly cold with the breeze. Steve and Kyle the techs were wonderful. (I hope I got the names right🙂) . All the office staff were pleasant and willing to answer any and all questions and the communication was clear and speedily returned. I would highly recommend them!!

Pump burst on the hot tub while freezing temps outside. They accommodated a quick appt. Even moved up my appt when an earlier day became available. Communication was awesome during the booking. Kyle came out in -22 weather. Fixed the hot tub in minutes all while answering my 800 questions. He was informative and kept reassuring me that all would be fine if I did what he was advising. I definitely will use these guys in the future ( hoping I don’t need to, but know who I will call )
