The One's Spa

Decent massage but were super insistent on getting me out right when I was done. Came back in the room and started asking me to head to the front to pay when I was still putting on my clothes, and then came back again while I was trying to put on my shoes. Really ruined the experience—won’t be back.

I’ve called twice to make an appointment. Lady answers, I ask to make an appointment and she says ya ya fine, then hangs up? Didn’t take my name, number, don’t know if she even listened. Super odd. Guess I’ll call before I come, to be sure. Really bad reception.

Been to this spa a few times, Madison, Layla, Coco and Tracy are attentive and skilled. I left refreshed and rejuvenated. A small getaway fr the everyday

Friendly and professional staff. Very clean and relaxing place. Will definately come back.

Emily double dips during waxing!! I had to tell her to get her to use a different spatula.
