The Point Wellness Spa

My wife and I booked a couples Deep Sea Mud Scrub and were really looking forward to a relaxing experience. Unfortunately, it didn’t quite meet expectations — especially for the $400 price point. There was a significant amount of downtime because one staff member was servicing both of us, which took away from the flow and relaxation of the treatment. After the scrub, the shower initially wouldn’t warm up, and we were left waiting while cold and uncomfortable. That definitely impacted the overall experience. The food and beverage offered at the end was also underwhelming and didn’t feel like it matched the premium pricing. Overall, it wasn’t a terrible experience, but it didn’t feel relaxing or elevated enough to justify the cost. With better coordination and attention to comfort details, it could be much improved.

I had a wonderful experience for my first visit to the Point. First off, the place is beautiful!! I was there for The Point Signature facial. It was lovely. Lisa was very kind and knowledgeable and did such a great job. She explained and educated me on everything she was using. I felt so relaxed and in my element. I will definitely be back for more services. Thank you Heather, Jackie, and Lisa! 😊

I cannot say enough amazing things about The Point! Their cocoon pod is the perfect quick refresh and relax for anyone looking to treat themselves to some self care. The glass facial and full body massage from Amy was absolutely incredible. The staff is super friendly and highly experienced. I’ve never felt a vibe like this anywhere else. 100/10 would recommend!

Had the best pedicure experience here! The atmosphere was so relaxing, and the staff were incredibly welcoming. Alexa was super attentive and made sure I felt completely pampered from start to finish — Wish I could’ve spent all day there! Highly recommend to anyone looking to treat themselves!

I visited The Point for my first pedicure in over 2 years. I can't say enough about this place! It is beautiful and clean with a very relaxing atmosphere. Rita did an awesome job with my pedi, and was a delight to talk to. I will definitely be back, and I would recommend it to anyone!
