This was a very disappointing experience. The website is luxurious, the spa not so much. This place needs a total refresh. The bathroom was disgusting, ceiling tiles stained and wash cloths felt like rags. The spa chairs were covered in dark beige/brown velour throws (🥴) and the tap fixture going into the water basin was broken. I feel badly for the ladies working there. The doors were locked due to the poor location, but the girl who opened the door for us to enter was incredibly unprofessional. Enough said…pedicure was adequate but not at $90.00 . Could have gone to a real spa.
