Had a good RMT massage from Lucy. However for $400, other than a good massage, I also expect a pampering upscale spa environment and this spa did not deliver. Many lockers are not latching properly, staff seems to know about the problem but nothing is done to rectify the problem. I wasted 15 minutes of my time that could be used to enjoy the amenities including in my spa experience. Change room is also very lacking in many necessary supplies and equipment expected at a spa such as hand lotion, hair dryer, towel baskets in convenient locations and clean towel in change rooms. Showers are only partial partitioned without much privacy. No garbage bin in bathroom stalls. There’s essentially no lounge to relax in other than a small waiting area with 6 chairs. Spa did provide hot, cold water in reception area with tea bags and whole apples as snacks. IMO severely lacking in comparison to other spas in Vancouver within similar pricing range. Upon paying, receptionist openly asks if client would like to tip and how much to tip instead of letting client decide in private with a hand held terminal. IMO this practice is in bad taste as it puts client on the spot.

I recently visited the Westin Hotel in Whistler for a massage and had a wonderful experience. The massage therapist (I unfortunately don’t remember her name) did an excellent job — she really helped me relax and distracted me from stress. She even found a couple of particularly tense spots and gave me professional advice on how to address them, recommending dry needling with a specialist rather than just another massage. Thanks to the quality of her massage, her thoughtful recommendations, and the fact that I was able to spend some time at the spa afterward to relax even more, I would give this experience 5 stars. Overall, it was definitely worth it.

From the moment I walked in, the experience felt elevated and seamless. Lisa and Jasmine at the front desk were gracious, professional, and truly set the tone with their warm hospitality. Nadia H. delivered one of the best massages I’ve ever had! attentive, intuitive, and perfectly tailored to my needs. Her technique was exceptional, and I left feeling completely relaxed and restored. A beautiful, calming environment with top-tier service from start to finish. I’ll absolutely be returning and highly recommend this team.

I had an incredible Swedish massage at the Westin Whistler and I could not be happier with the experience. My masseuse, Haruci, has truly magical hands. The treatment was calming, restorative, and exactly what I needed. Every moment felt intentional and deeply relaxing. I also loved that I was able to enjoy the spa facilities for the day. The gym, the hot tub was perfect. The heated pool was wonderful and made the entire visit feel like a complete wellness escape. I will definitely be returning.

I had a Restoration 60-minute treatment and facial with Nadia, and it was absolutely wonderful. From the first moment, she created such a calm and relaxing atmosphere that I felt all the tension melt away. The facial left my skin glowing, and the whole experience was so soothing and peaceful. Nadia has a gentle and caring touch, and I left feeling completely recharged. Highly recommend her!
