My husband and I received a 90 minute couples massage. We were the only appointments that morning. We arrived 15 minutes early. Our therapists were there and room was ready. However, our therapists started 10 minutes late. They did not acknowledge their tardiness. They also stopped at the regularly scheduled time and shorted us the 10 minutes. There was no one there before, nor after us. No excuses for tardiness. Disappointed that they did not give us the 90 minutes we paid for. They need to make sure they start there services promptly, out of respect for their clients.

Very good staff and well organized place washrooms were cleaned. I did not like the fact that the facility of this size did not enforce the mask and social distancing. Disinfecting of tractors were noticed but train or other rides were not. They had over 500 people in the facility but only 10 percent were wearing mask. I am not a health expert but if did not sit very well with me You must visit this place. Everyone is very professional and helpful.

Not a 4 Star spa. It’s a hair and nail salon that also offers massage. There is no guest experience to speak of. Staff are not engaging they seem to be just going through the motions. I would not recommend spending the money here. Find a place outside the hotel for half the cost and a much better experience overall.

Love this place. If you are able to treat yourself during your visit to Caesars Windsor, you need yo visit the Spa by Windsor Arms. Their monthly specials provide unique offerings that I have taken advantage of and loved 100%. Have to recommend the Chocolate Coffee Scrub as well as the Oxyglow Facial.

They charge full spa rates but have amateur, unlicensed employees. Benefits will not cover massages not done by professionals. Not an enjoyable experience, and my benefits will not cover, so I am out of pocket as well. Go off site for a massage when staying at the hotel.
