I can honestly say Martina at Elmhirst Spa gave me one of the best massages I have ever experienced in my life — and I’ve had many massages over the years. Her Tui Na massage is absolutely incredible. Deeply therapeutic, deeply healing, and unlike anything I’ve experienced elsewhere. She has an exceptional understanding of the body, tension patterns, and how to work through them effectively. It’s intense in the best possible way and left me feeling significantly better afterward. Martina is also trained iacupuncture, and you can really feel the depth of knowledge and care she brings into her treatments. She is highly skilled, professional, kind, and clearly very passionate about what she does. There is a reason she stays so booked up — I ended up pre-booking monthly appointments far in advance because I knew I didn’t want to miss out. Highly, highly recommend. Thank you, Bee 🐝
