The Spa Spot Camrose

Bought a spa pack to replace a failed unit. Rupert was very helpful in getting me going again. However, there was no mention that the products they were selling would have zero warranty. Even though the manufacturer claims a 2 year warranty. The product failed within 4 months. Now we have an inoperable tub and need to buy another $1300 spa pack. If selling expensive parts that normally have warranty, they should be upfront about their sales not being covered by that warranty.

I was so pleased to find out that they do water testing for your hot tub. When I walked in I was feeling frustrated and lost because my chemicals were off and my chlorine wasn't shocking the water. After they tested my water, they gave me a printout of exactly what chemicals were needed and how much! They were very friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you 😊

I didn't buy my hot tub here, but they did the warranty work on the one I did buy. They were very accommodating to my schedule and the serviceman that came out did excellent work very quickly in the middle of a snow storm.
