Probably the worst Brazilian I've received in several years. The photo says it all. This was my second time at this "spa". The first time, my only issue was there were missed spots but I very rarely get a perfectly clean Brazilian. This time, I was put with Nadine who was going through the procedure so quickly it made me a bit nervous. I said something like wow you're very quick and she replied she had been doing this for many years. Well, a second later, she put hot wax on an area that should not have wax on and when she pulled she ripped my skin right with it! I immediately knew something was wrong because of how it hurt. She tried to continue then stopped and covered me with a towel and said she was going to stop for minute because it "Seemed my skin is very sensitive right now". When I looked down I was horrified! She said it happens a lot -- THIS HAS NEVER happened to me in the 10 years I've been getting waxed. Imagine, she then said she would give me a discount on the price LOL. I wasn't going to pay ANYTHING. The manager cared so much she didn't come out to speak with me when I asked for her and she also didn't call me back like her receptionist said she would that day. Still no follow up days later! Great way to show your customers you care :)

Just had my 1st appointment here! I'm very new to waxing, only done it a couple times at home myself, only my legs and back, but I decided to jump right in and get a brazillian + full leg wax for my first professional appointment. The facilities and wait room are very clean anywhere you look! The woman at the front desk has been very polite the handful of times I've spoken to her, I feel totally comfortable to call back and make another appointment when the time comes! As for my waxer, I was handed over to Darla! Darla had fantastic bedside manner from start to finish, she communicated all throughout the process and gave me plenty of information about waxing going forward and lots of tips for avoiding things like ingrown hair, minimizing pain, friction, etc. I have PCOS which leads to strong, dark hair growth just about anywhere you could imagine, I expected it to hurt much more! Honestly, the worst places were the tender, textured inner thighs and (I'm sure you can guess it) around the labia, but much to my delight that's not the largest area to wax so it was over before I knew it! Honestly, I think for these things the biggest mistake is psyching yourself out beforehand! Go in confident and relaxed! I'll definitely be back again!

Erica was absolutely wonderful, with exceptional attention to detail. I left with a flawless manicure and pedicure thanks to her beautiful work. She was so friendly and welcoming making the experience so peaceful and relaxing. My massage was also a very relaxing and comfortable experience thanks to her. I highly recommend her services and thank her for all of her pampering today!

I enjoyed a Ion Foot Detox with Jorden who was knowledgeable, professional & very nice to chat with. I felt great afterwards and would highly recommend this service. The reception and atmosphere you receive upon entering is warm, calming & relaxing. The receptionist Rebecca is lovely & took good care of me before & after my foot detox.

My girlfriend had never had a professional massage before, so after looking through reviews I settled on The Spah, and booked us a couples massage. The staff were all extremely pleasant to interact with, friendly, helpful, and professional as well. Our masseuses were very great at what they do. Would HIGHLY recommend The Spah.
