The Sundance Spa & Sauna Store Burlington

Sundance was one of three places in Burlington I checked out after doing my research. Their response time, information, explanations, delivery service and easy to do business with were second to none. Brian and Sue and the team were helpful in every exchange. I had delivery faster than the other two places could return a phone call. First time getting a hot tub and found a very feature rich budget friendly solution that I am thrilled with. I had a fantastic electrical referral (Halton Electric) that also do exemplary work. I will recommend Sundance to anyone looking for a great experience that continues over time.

After comparing 2 other spa companies, Sundance offered the best deal. All sales staff, and especially Brian, were helpful, knowledgeable and were able to answer all questions. The after care service has also been exceptional. I'd like to give a shout out to Alex and Roger for the installation service. They asked where to put the tub and then went to work setting up. Their friendly professional service was outstanding. No trace of their visit was left behind. The tub adds value to our backyard and we couldn't be happier with our decision.

We recently purchased a spa from Sundance. Brian was super helpful and knowledgeable assisting us with our choices and answering all our questions. He has been extremely responsive since delivery of our spa with questions concerning getting the water balanced and using the test strips. We are very happy with our choice and would highly recommend Sundance Spa Burlington for both top quality products and great service!

We purchased a Finnleo sauna and have only good things to say about the experience. Steve was very helpful through the purchase process and followed up to make sure everything worked properly. Roger and Alex did a terrific job with the delivery and installation making sure that all packaging was removed and everything was left neat and tidy. Overall, highly recommend dealing with the folks at Sundance in Burlington.
