The Sundance Spa & Sauna Store Hamilton

I use the Rodeo Drive location for chemical pickup, and the Hamilton location for all communication related to my hot tub. Their service team also runs out of Hamilton. Sarah, who hosts the customer experience, is extremely knowledgeable and kind. In the six years I’ve owned my hot tub, I’ve only needed service three times, and each time the technicians have been skilled, helpful, and very informative. I always say that any company can sell hot tubs, it’s the service afterward that truly matters, and Sundance has been exceptional in that regard!

At every turn they exceeded expectations. I recently inherited an older hot tub which needed diagnostics and new parts. Even while I live in Ottawa, Mark from service was patient and walked me through different issues that I was facing and proposed helpful solutions at each stage, and not just the default “you’ll just need to replace the part and hope it works” that I got from other service companies. So grateful for the time and expertise from the Sundance Spa Service Team. Thank you!

I am doing a happy "sun dance". Hamilton location exceeds in knowledge, expert advice, friendly customer service. I have an older sundance hot tub and developed a small leak that Robert walked me thru the process and got the leak fixed without a service call. Thanks for saving me $$. I was very pleased to know that their service people are trained and certified so should I need professional help in the future I won't have to worry about the workmanship. THANK YOU

We recently used this location for the purchase of a new hot tub. After trying a few different stores we knew this was the place to make our purchase. Robert was fantastic! He was knowledgeable, friendly and extremely patient with our kids. We did not feel pressured into a sale at any point. Delivery and electrical were also fantastic. Robert continues to offer amazing support even after delivery and it has been greatly appreciated.
