The Water Store

We were having a lot of problems with our water chemistry for a Plug and Play hot tub that we had already owned, The Water Store got us straightened around and we are now finally enjoying our hot tub without the annoying side effects of the chemicals not balancing. Lynn and all of the staff I had the pleasure of engaging with, were exceptionally helpful and went out of their way to try to find the best solutions for my scenario. Such friendly helpful service in an era where you're fortunate to even receive a smile from the person you purchasing from. These people make you feel like you've always been one of their customers and you're made to feel important and worth their time! And on a side note, because of how great their service was we decided to purchase our water from them and have to say it's very delicious and extremely reasonable! 10 out of five stars for these folks! And what a terrific variety of barbecues, smokers, hot tubs, including plug and plays, and accessories for All the Above! And one more Shameless plug, they sell duck fat cooking spray. Unreal! And super healthy! Go check them out, hurry up -start the car! 😉

The staff was incredibly helpful in solving my issue of a smell in my hot water which I had tried unsuccessfully to have resolved by other companies. The issue wasn't related to my water filtration system which was purchased through the water store and has been working perfectly and was the best investment for me...clean, safe drinkable water....but was actually being caused by an element in my hot water tank. After reaching out to the water store and speaking with Nicole, she took the time to explain what was occuring to cause the smell in my hot water and she scheduled me in quickly to have Jordan come to resolve the issue. She was a delight to speak to and I was amazed with her kindness and time spent solving the mystery. Jordan came over and was so friendly, quick and efficient. Problem solved! I have to say how absolutely happy and relieved I am to have come across people who actually take the time and energy to want to sincerely help others. Big thank you to the Water Store!

Monday, July 8th I walked in and I was greeted by DAVID who walked me right up to self-serve station & showed me how to fill my bottle - this took less than 5 minutes and I was off to my water cooler so I can stay hydrated all Summer long 🌞 this cost me less then $4.00 if anyone reads this review, I highly recommend it! JACKSON was also very helpful by carrying it out to my vehicle, I loo forward to my next fill up💦 Lion🦁Linda suggested I get my water from this place and I am so glad that she did👍

This is one of the best companies in Owen Sound. Their staff goes above and beyond. I find their customer service the best in the area. They have come to my home, always pleasant and take time to explain what (if anything) needs to be fixed or just adjusted. They leave nothing behind when they complete the job, including taking empty salt bags. They know water, they know their stuff! Highly recommended!

The owners and staff here truly make you feel like part of the family! They always greet me by name, are knowledgeable, and almost always will they actually bring the water out to my vehicle and load it for me! By far the best customer service I have ever received. Very clean and inviting storefront as well. We will continue to shop here and recommend this business to our friends and family :)
