I recently had my first visit to The Waters, and it was such an amazing, high-quality experience. I would definitely recommend and return! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed into a friendly and incredibly nurturing atmosphere. Everything about the experience was explained to us in detailed steps, which made us feel completely relaxed and cared for. The package included all the best elements for deep relaxation. We began with a lovely soak and complimentary amenities. The ambiance of the entire space was perfect; the hot tub was a great temperature, and the addition of candles, rose petals, and the fireplace created a truly great and romantic vibe. Our therapists, Kallie and Erin, were absolutely great. Kallie, who was my therapist, provided an massage for me that was deeply relaxing and absolutely perfect. Thank you so much to The Waters team for this wonderful experience and for making our special occasion so perfect!

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at The Waters Urban Spa. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming, friendly, and professional. The booking process was smooth, the atmosphere was calm and relaxing, and the spa was exceptionally clean. A special thank you to Erin for an amazing massage — the treatment was explained clearly, the comfort level was perfect, and the overall experience was incredibly nurturing and relaxing. It was exactly what I needed, and I left feeling refreshed and well cared for. I would highly recommend The Waters Urban Spa to anyone looking for a top-quality, relaxing spa experience. I will definitely be returning! Thank you for making today’s occasion an amazing & unforgettable!!

I cannot say enough great things about The Waters! Such a gem for Waterloo Region and beyond, I always love giving gift certificates to friends and family from out of the city to have them come and experience it. I’ve made a tradition of getting a pedi and body treatment for my birthday every year, and think it’s the perfect way to treat yourself as a celebration or just because! Immaculate relaxing vibes, always very clean, everyone is super friendly, and 10/10 experience every time. I always look forward to the next time I will go back!

Best massage. I went today for day off. Cassie she is amazing. I thought I had good massages before. But here are the best really relaxing. She was very attentive love the foot soak with oils. And the mix of essential oils for the massage. The atmosphere is very elegant and set u in the mood to relaxation. Definitely coming back. A little pricey but its worth it

My RMT Victoria was great, highly recommend her! The place is also relaxing and very nice environment but their pricing is a bit too much. The prices of most massage places I went are in line with what insurance companies expect but for the Waters was higher. I paid $155 including tax vs other places charge $110 to 120 including tax.
