My friend and I visited @wellnessstudiopenticton last night, what a treat! As it was our first time we had a quick walk through of how to use all the areas. It was so clean, warm and inviting. We started with the sauna then took turns with the red light Therapy and the Brain Tap where I listened to lovely music while wearing a headset with lights playing over my closed eyes, during which my brain stopped chattering which it almost never does. We finished with more time in the sauna, having a relaxed visit. There were robes, towels, slippers, essential oils, soft lighting and your choice of music to listen to. It was a lovely treat and I highly recommend you check it out. You can have up to three people at a time and if you want to use all three areas I would recommend the 90 minute session. Definitely helped me Breathe & Release 💚

I was seeking some warmth in this winter season and I thought I’d simply pop over to this sauna - Wellness Studio turned out to be so much more! It’s a sanctuary of calm, healing, reflection, peace. I enjoyed the different modalities immensely; the infrared sauna, the red light therapy, Brain Tap session and chromotherapy… but the small details, the aesthetic, and high quality materials used in the space made the whole experience blissful. Everything was thought of! I felt so taken care of and nurtured from the informative introduction session all the way through to saying goodbye. I will be a repeat customer for sure. I highly recommend this as a regular place for everyone’s health and happiness! Srsly don’t hesitate, it was amazing.

I had such a wonderful experience at the Wellness Studio. Taking time for self-care can be so hard when life gets busy with work, kids, and everyday responsibilities, but this was exactly the reset I needed. The combination of the infrared sauna, red light therapy, and BrainTap meditation was incredible. The warmth was so relaxing, and every step of the session felt like a little reboot for my body and mind. I walked out feeling rejuvenated, grounded, and ready to take on a busy week. Blown away by this experience! Today I needed some 911 self-care and found Nicole’s studio in an online search. I was drawn to the modalities but chose her explicitly because she didn’t have an ice bath. I cannot express how grateful I am for her warmth, knowledge and the space she has curated.
