Yesterday was my first time going to this spa. I was celebrating my birthday with my friend with a facial and my friend decided to add on a paraffin wax for my hands and feet as a gift to me. unfortunately my esthetician had a couple of accidents with me. She got makeup remover in my eye when removing my mascara (she pulled my eyelid up so that it leaked right in) thankfully she was able to flush my eye repeatedly until the stinging stopped. At the end of the treatment upon cleaning off the paraffin wax from my hand she applied a scalding hot cloth onto the top of my hand which is the most sensitive part. She unfortunately did not do anything to stop the burning. I had to ask a different worker for an ice pack. It has been over 30 hours since this happened and my hand still hurts. At check out the manager overheard part of what had happened and I had hoped she would ask to speak with me in private to get a full account of what had transpired but she didn't. All she did was tell the clerk to take my paraffin treatment off of my friend's bill and take a small percentage off mine. In a nutshell, I was injured and they gave my friend a break on her bill. I was so shocked and just paid my bill and left. I am very disappointed in what happened and especially in how they tried to rectify the situation. It's too bad because it was very nice inside and I loved the steam room.

Hello! I received a $200 gift certificate to your salon for my birthday. I was booked for the massage "THE ULTIMATE RELAXATION MASSAGE" on September 12. The massage was great, but I spent the entire session waiting for the dry brush. When the massage was over, I asked the girl at the reception what kind of massage I had. She said "RELAXATION MASSAGE 75 minutes". I asked why I had been given a different massage and why, when I arrived, they didn't ask me what kind of massage I had been booked for. The girl replied that there had been a mistake and that I could use the rest of the money for another session. But I wanted to use the certificate in full at one time. I asked for the rest of the money back, but she refused. The girl didn't offer any solution. She promised that the manager would call me on September 13 or 15. No one called me. The massage was great, but in the end you ruined my mood with your mistake and indifference to me.

I went here with some friends and got a facial. I booked the active Pureness facial which was 45 min. I went in and as the facial started the girl doing my facial said I don’t have really any acne or blemishes to deal with so she offered me to change to the hydra glow facial. I said yes and then she did it and when I was done I realized I didn’t get my facial started for a bit as she had to get the stuff and by the time it was over it felt so short and she had finished it before an hour and this was after me sitting in the room waiting. I was finished my treatment and showered and blow dried my hair before my friend finished her treatment and I went in 15 min after her. I was definitely disappointed as the price difference was large from 119 to 170 and I didn’t get the full time. The spa itself is great and yes the facial was good. But for the price tag and short time I wouldn’t go back.

The Wild Orange Spa is a great place to go for a massage! Registered Massage Therapist Lola is wonderful - once you find someone who gets you, you just don’t want to switch! They charge a small facilities fee but it’s worth it as they provide a robe and sandals, and extra bath towels, hand towels and wraps are available to use. The steam room is lovely and there are a couple of showers available. You can take your time and relax pre and/or post treatment. I highly recommend this Spa!

I was very disappointed with the lack of professionalism, kindness and consideration. My massage was all over the place and not smooth. It was like she was in a hurry…not relaxing! When I tried paying with my gift card, she said there aren’t any under my name? It took her a long time to figure it out…rediculous Then she charged me for a 75 min. massage when I booked a 60 min! Unbelievable! 😖
