The Zen Den

I visited The Zen Den today for my birthday and it was honestly one of the most relaxing experiences I’ve had in a long time. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calm, clean, and welcoming. The staff were incredibly kind and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. The treatment itself was amazing! the scalp massage was so soothing and I could literally feel the tension melting away. They took their time and paid attention to every detail, from the warm water to the gentle products they used. My hair and scalp felt so clean, refreshed, and healthy afterwards, and my hair was noticeably softer and shinier. It wasn’t just a service, it felt like a full self-care experience. I left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and already looking forward to my next visit. I would highly recommend this spa to anyone needing a little stress relief and some pampering. Definitely worth it! My appointment was with Dory (spelling?) Sorry lol! But she had great pressure and made sure I was comfortable throughout the experience. Thanks ladies!

I had the most incredible experience at The Zen Den in Cambridge. I had the Essential Facial done and added on a 30 minute massage. The massage was better than I imagined it would be. I expected just a quick 30 minute and relaxing back massage however it was back, legs, arms, my feet and I was asked before starting if there were any specific areas that needed more attention. My masseuse was extremely knowledgeable and informed me of other treatments I may benefit from due to the many knots I have in my neck and back. My facial was extremely thorough and my esthetician was very knowledgeable in answering my skin care questions and her recommendations for skin care products. The Zen Den staff are all extremely kind and the spa is so clean and peaceful. I will be back next month and will recommend them to anyone looking for a peaceful and perfect spa experience.

This was my first time at at Zen Den and first time getting a head massage and it was awesome!! Great spa with very friendly people. I got the Golden Jade head spa which included a mini facial. I loved the facial! My technician used a variety of different tools and products on my skin which felt amazing and left my skin glowing. The head spa portion was also amazing. It included a neck and shoulder massage which seemed to melt the tension away in my left shoulder where I always seem to feel pain. It was definitely and experience that I will be going back for.

I joined their grand opening yesterday and absolutely loved the vibes and customer service! I had a free skin analysis session with Tanya , she was incredibly detailed and thorough in addressing my skin concerns. I also tried the mini facial session, which was amazing, but what I loved the most was the head spa! Even though it was a short session, it left my head feeling light and my mind and body deeply relaxed. Huge thanks to Michelle and Tram for taking such great care of me. I’ll definitely be back! So proud to have you all here in the Cambridge area

My husband took me there for my birthday, and it was an amazing experience. Dory did for me, and Tram did for my husband; both were fantastic, very professional, and attentive to every detail to ensure you enjoy the experience. In the end, I was delighted by a sweet birthday gift and a cupcake. I can't thank them enough for how thoughtful they are. I've already recommended The Zen Den to all my friends and family. I definitely plan to get some of their gift certificates for my loved ones this Christmas!
