Totally Refreshed Steam and Spa

This was my first visit to Totally Refreshed, and I will absolutely be returning. Anna is truly an outstanding massage therapist. From the moment the session began, her professionalism, warmth, and confidence were evident. She took the time to listen carefully to my concerns and tailored the treatment specifically to what I needed. Her skill level is exceptional — the pressure, technique, and attention to detail were spot on throughout the entire session. You can genuinely tell she is passionate about what she does and fully committed to helping her clients feel better. She put in 110% effort to relieve my tension and address problem areas, and the results spoke for themselves. I left feeling significantly better and completely refreshed. On top of the incredible treatment, the clinic itself was welcoming and comfortable. The waiting area is relaxing and the front desk staff were friendly and professional from check-in to departure. Overall, an excellent experience. Thank you Anna and Totally Refreshed staff!

Had an eyebrow wax & tint with Maddi and a Pedicure with Grace S. Both girls were absolutely fantastic at their services they provided. They were both welcoming, friendly and chatty, which was very welcomed. Maddi applied the tint with my brow shape in mind and made sure it was applied with clean lines. She cleaned them up without taking too much off, with was fantastic! I've had a hard time finding a gal who didn't slather on the tint with no shape in mind. I will fefinitely return and rave about her any chance I get. I was told Grace was one of the best for Pedis and I agree. As someone who gets then regularly, she had definitely set the bar high! 10/10 recommend. The atmostphere of the spa was pleasant, clean, quiet and relaxing. It was needed for this 4 month pp mama. I will be coming back to check out more of their services, the next time I get a moment to myself.

Booked a massage for this morning. Arrived 10 minutes early, checked in and waited in the waiting room. I left my phone in my car and there is no clock on the wall so I waited and waited. I thought perhaps I had my times mixed up. I went to the front desk and asked what time my appointment was supposed to be. I had been waiting a full hour and only then did they realize my massage therapist did not come to work. The manager did not come to speak to me. I was offered 50% off my next massage and was told they would call me. They did not. If I were to cancel within 24hours I would have been responsible for 100% of the bill. Yet I sat there for a full hour on my only day off. Not impressed.

I’ve been going to Anna Sombillo for massages since summer, and I’ve already had about 4–5 sessions. Every single time it feels like pure magic ✨ Anna truly has golden hands. She is very attentive, always checks if everything feels okay, and you can really feel how much she cares about your comfort and well-being. Her massages are deeply relaxing — after each session I feel calm, light, and completely recharged. Anna puts her heart into her work and always delivers amazing results. I’m so happy I found Anna and I always look forward to coming back. Highly recommend 🤍

The saunas feel dated and unsafe, especially the water controls and the total lack of light. I chipped my tooth while in one of the saunas and the worker on duty called her manager before giving us a refund. I was sitting in a chair crying while my spouse canceled our massages and got our money back. It was one of the worst experiences of my life, staff and management made it way worse. They did reimburse us a new sauna visit and when I went there another time, it still felt unsafe. Maybe they have updated in the few years since this happened, but I doubt it.
