The Shawinigan Tourism Centre was a fantastic first stop on my visit. The staff were friendly and helpful, taking the time to walk me through what Shawinigan has to offer. They provided great insight into the best ways to explore La Mauricie National Park and helped tailor recommendations based on the kind of experience I was looking for. The centre was well-stocked with maps and tourism guides, which I continued to reference throughout my stay. It really made planning my time in the area easier and more enjoyable. Highly recommend making this your first stop when visiting Shawinigan!

The Shawinigan Tourist Office is a very welcoming place where you'll be greeted by destination experts! Warmth, helpful advice, and a focus on showcasing local ambassadors... It's definitely worth adding to your address book if you're visiting Shawinigan! We ourselves, passing through before heading out on our journey, were recommended a superb route for exploring while driving: the Chemin du Roy (King's Road)! Highly recommended!

The service was simply excellent! Justine and her colleague even stayed late and gave up their free time to help two young Belgian students. They also gave us invaluable advice. Many thanks to them.
