A piece is missing from the installation and the installers did not make a concrete hole of the right size to receive the part. The filter pipes are installed upside down. The installers dropped soil into the bottom of the pool and tried to make us believe that it was vendalism when it is obvious that everything fell from the shovel of the small mechanical digger. So my rating of the installers is 1 out of 5. Regarding the after-sales service, we have always been able to have the service at home, however, the technicians are often off on opening days and are obliged to obtain an appointment with the owners, which has not always been easy. But the service has always been provided in a professional manner. So for the service a rating of 4 out of 5. So final rating 3 out of 5 due to the installation.

I have absolutely nothing negative to say about my purchase. Janie's service was excellent (honestly, I've never had such great service from Janie and the Trevi team). Both installers were super professional and very polite. The Trevi technician came two days later, and wow, the service was excellent, very professional, and respectful. On the day of installation, they realized it wasn't the right canvas we had chosen. My girlfriend called, and Janie immediately sent someone from Drummondville with the correct canvas. 🌞 🏊♀️

Spa repair, the technician is very competent, or it gets out of hand, it's the billing. $256. For 30 minutes. No parts... $95. For labor $64 twice, $128 for travel. Plus tax, total $256. I find it very excessive. Furthermore, I've never called this company; the technician was self-employed before, and I called him directly. I didn't sign any invoice with this company; the technician told me you'd receive it by mail. I was surprised; normally, I paid him directly. I am very dissatisfied with this company's billing.

From my first visit to the stove and fireplace showroom until the completion of the installation of my wood stove, everything was perfect, exceeding my expectations. Everyone was incredibly professional, always ready to answer my questions and requests. The installation team was fantastic; I give them an 11 out of 10. Thank you, and I highly recommend them.
