Got the paraffin wax for my hands and feet. It was SO hot that it gave me anxiety. The woman was nice and cooled it down but I don’t understand why it would be at that high of a temperature in the first place. My hands are still red from it. I expected more massage and less sitting in the dark with hot wax on my limbs. I have gotten this done before and it was more focused on the massage then the wax. Overall it wasn’t very good, should have gotten the massage instead for roughly the same price. It was nothing special and burnt me. The hotel is awesome though just don’t get the hands and foot wax!!

I've been to several Nordic spas and this one is my favorite. Photos don't do it justice. Two large hot tubs outside have strong jets, a water fountain in each, and ample seating. It's also adorned with LED lights at night. The cold plunge is not too shockingly cold and is plenty deep to easily submerge. It also had a giant waterfall in the middle. The steam sauna and Finish cedar sauna get nice and hot. Relaxation area upstairs has a lovely fireplace and ample seating. Great price too. I highly recommend this place.

service and staff was amazing... my wife love the place... Maxime the manager of the hotel was so comprensive... if you go to Rivière du Loup... dont slip this spa... and this also this hotel... we goes to a tons of hotels/spa but this place is so amazing... 5stars place..

The welcome was ordinary; they forgot to offer me a bathrobe. There was green grime floating in the third pool, debris on the stairs, and dust bunnies in the corners of the upstairs lounge. Not very clean overall. Overpriced for so little.

Spa was great. The massage was perfect. Though not the spa's fault, the hotel did screw up our reservations so be extra careful when booking through the hotel to make sure they actually take your reservation for the spa.
