Utopia Spa & Boutique

As most of you are aware my son Cameron and his beautiful bride Miranda celebrated their wedding in October. It was a perfect fall wedding in every way. I would like to acknowledge Utopia Spa & Boutique. Owner Cathy Dmytryszyn, manager Ashley Coomber and all the staff. The weeks leading up to the wedding for providing exceptional service to many of the guests including the bride. Everyone was impressed, commenting on the quality of the products, the professionalism of the staff, ambience of the spa and the service and personal care given by each and every one of the staff. Everyone gave it a 5-star rating!!! On the morning of the wedding Cathy, store owner/Esthetician applied my makeup, the results were stunning! I honestly felt as though I had a facelift. It gave me a great feeling of confidence and certainly helped me enjoy this very important day! A warm thank you to all of the staff. I highly recommend Utopia Spa for all your beauty needs!!!!
I have visited Utopia on several occasions and have left with a good impression as the staff have always been great. However, this last visit was not the same. When I booked the appointments for my daughter and I, I advised them that we would be brining her 6 week old baby along. They were great about it...until the actual day of the appointment, when the baby, as babies do, did cry for a few minutes. The owner was very rude if advising my daughter that they baby was disrupting other patrons...I was devastated for my daughter. We cancelled the manicure portion of our booking and left. If they didn't want a baby in their spa then they should have said that up front instead of choosing to approach my daughter the way she did. I will NEVER go back to this spa again. Not the kind of place that I want to support. Women should uphold and support other women, especially new moms who are already going through a tough time.
Went in on Sunday to get pedicure and manicure for myself and my daughter . By Tuesday her nail polish was half peeled and so was my clear coat. The place itself is great very clean very nice looking and we enjoyed the “experience” as this was our first mother daughter spa day. However for the price you pay (our total was $200) I’d expect our nail polish to stay on longer. We did not go anywhere or do anything that would cause the peeling. I know from other places they normally wipe down the nail bed with acetone before applying polish, I don’t think it was done here. Something for a manager to look into as per training of the staff to ensure longevity of the work. Otherwise this place is great. Two stars as I feel the work did not match salon appearance.
I was visiting my parents in Milton and booked a pedicure while in town (I came from Stoney Creek), and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish. The spa is beautiful, spotless, and very calm and quiet—exactly what you hope for. Booking was easy and seamless, and everything felt thoughtful and professional from the moment I arrived. Emily was a fantastic technician—skilled, attentive, and lovely to chat with. I was even offered a heating pad for my neck and a latte, which was such a thoughtful touch and made the experience feel extra special. I left feeling relaxed and truly pampered. I would absolutely recommend this spa and will be back when I’m in the area again.
Absolutely amazing experience with Piotr at Utopia Spa & Boutique! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and comfortable. Piotr’s expertise is truly next-level—he took the time to understand my specific needs and tailored the massage to target areas where I was feeling tension and discomfort. Not only is he incredibly skilled, but his professionalism and calming energy made the entire experience even more relaxing. This massage was hands down the best I’ve ever had, left feeling like a new person! Highly recommend Piotr to anyone looking for a truly therapeutic massage. I’ll definitely be booking with him again!
