Absolutely terrible customer service from the staff who work for the timeshare office. Crystal director of member service as well as Kyla. Completely unhelpful, unprofessional and really frustrating to deal with. STILL WAITING FOR AN EMAIL FROM CRYSTAL. Do your research as this timeshare is a complete waste of money. There are good companies out there however Vitality Assurance Vacations is definitely not one to buy into. I have not had even one positive experience and I have been a member since 2016. Now I am stuck paying annual maintenance fees for no reason hoping that one day I will actually be able to book a vacation. As well RCI gives the impression that Vitality Assurance members are at the bottom of the barrel. I dont know what type of deal they have but there is NEVER any availability to use my points. In fact, once they hear my membership is with Vitality Assurance Vacations they tell me to call a special number because there are very few agents who can help!?! .......... So this review was left 6 years ago. This is March 26th 2026. Nothing has changed. This company is a scam, taking advantage of hard working people. We have never managed to book a vacation when we want. I have spoken with two office managers to explore options of just giving this back and taking a loss just so we don't have to keep paying the annual fees on something we are not using. The initial manager I spoke with was dismissive and rude therefore I requested to speak with another manager. She was not any better when I eventually managed to speak with her. Informed me that is not an option, there is no way to get out of this contract and if I don't continue paying the annual maintenance fees on time she threatened to send me to collections. I feel very stuck. The money that we are needlessly paying this company would be very useful to my children. If someone can offer suggestions please help.

We booked this package getaway for fathers day were doing some inquires on getting a better room before we got there but the staffs were horrible in talking to you or even giving you information since we were already booked with living waters. On June 13-25 before leaving out I called to verified which address we are heading to. At that time we were told that there was not reservation for me under the name Lam the guy was so rude and insteading that we have no reservation there. he then pass me thru to reservation and i spoke to Michael in Vitality at that time we turn back and was very upset. Michael took it upon himself and cancelled our reservation and my husband Golf time for both Saturday and Sunday. Once I start getting the noticed I called back and spoke again to Michael and asked why you did what you did by cancelling our Paid reservation. He then resisted it. he never apologized he was horrible and very rude. Got to the Hotel which Jennifer was aware of the situation BUT he never resisted our room reservation we had to wait there for over 1/2 in that smellie from desk office. this was horrible from the start and no one did anything about our stay. we were in room 230 and in room 232 they was a dog in that room we called the front desk and advise them of this and they did nothing about it. our intention was to buy this vacation package from Vitality but with all this we decide not too the staff was horrible especially Michael. our overall experience for the first with a weekend gateway turn in to a living hell. thank god there was other places we went to with our kids to enjoy while we were there.

Vitality Vacations is a dishonest operation designed to scam you into a timeshare. Do yourself a favor and AVOID THIS COMPANY at all costs. We booked a Collingwood trip seven months in advance under my name, even though I clearly stated my income was too low. The sales representative insisted this was fine, claiming it would "keep them from pressuring" us—a clear lie to get us in the door. They knew my financial situation and still pushed the booking. Then, just eight days before the trip—which was meant to celebrate my milestone birthday—they abruptly cancelled. They left us completely scrambling to find new accommodations, despite having a house sitter and time off work already arranged. This company is not interested in providing "vacations;" they are only interested in a timeshare presentation, and they will lie and inconvenience you without a second thought. Do not waste your time or money. Their deceit is appalling.

I just wanted to take a moment and say that I have had the most amazing experience with Vanisha from Vitality Vacations. For years I have been part of their timeshare program and was somewhat lost in a sea of information that I didn't know how to navigate. I connected with Vanisha a few months ago and everything turned around and I have now finally been connected with a person that makes everything seamless. She has booked me a few amazing trips and has now booked one of my "Dream" tripos and was also able to do this on SERIOUSLY short notice to an incredible resort with mind blowing amenities. nSo I wanted to express my gratitude to Vanisha and let you know that if you truly need help navigating your membership and all it has to offer at Vitality reach out to Vanisha you won't be disappointed.

Feel trapped . Once you buy you can’t change it or sell it . Property is very good , but it’s not for everyone . Do your research before you commit . Their sales events are highly manipulative and they won’t tell you the catches and conditions . Starts your maintenance fees right away and that keeps increasing every year. We own this for three years and never got to enjoy our vacations as they are not available when we want it . Trying to sell this or asking them to take it back , but they won’t . Paying like crazy every year . May be it works for some . But definitely not for young families . If still you are planning to buy one, contact me , I can sell you mine for half price with four dream vacations and three years accumulated points which we never used .
