We recently had a couple massage at Water Exquisite Spa in Markham and it was such a relaxing experience. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere felt calm, cozy, and inviting. The lighting was soft, the space was clean, and everything felt very comfortable. We did the 60-minute massage (Shiatsu/Oil Massage options available) for $65 and it also included a complimentary sauna, which made the whole experience feel even more worth it. The massage was thorough and relaxing — exactly what we needed to release tension and reset. It’s a great spot for a couple relaxation date or even just a self-care day. They also have a Top-Up promotion if you want to add more time. Affordable, peaceful, and a great vibe overall. We’ll definitely be back!

I had a great experience on my first visit to this location tonight. I called on short notice to check availability, and they were able to book me quickly. Everything was seamless. The location is conveniently located near Kennedy. As soon as I arrived, Chloe at reception gave me a warm welcome, explained how everything worked, and promptly brought me to the room. The massage therapist asked where I wanted the focus, and I requested a firm massage. The massage was great, and I had a good chat with the therapist as well. Afterward, I used the sauna, which was properly hot. Everything was clean and well maintained. Overall, a great experience, I would definitely recommend.

I had such a great experience at Water Exquisite Spa. My brother and I came in for a massage and it was exactly what we needed. From the moment we walked in, the space felt calm, clean, and relaxing. The therapists were professional, attentive, and really listened to what areas needed extra care. The massage itself was incredible, the perfect balance of pressure and relaxation, and we both left feeling refreshed and tension-free. It was such a nice experience to enjoy together, and the staff made us feel comfortable the entire time. If you’re looking for a place to unwind and truly relax, I’d definitely recommend Water Exquisite Spa. We’ll 100% be back.

We booked a spa session here and was excited to try out this place. The massage therapists were extremely hard on our backs to the point we were in pain. We thought it was normal until I had to tell her to please be gentle. She also mentioned something about my weight to her colleague in the same room even though I’m not overweight and made me feel self-conscious… won’t recommend this place or go back.

It’s located on the second floor. Had a 15 min massage promo. They were able to accommodate immediately. The room had a big comfy sofa so your friend can sit there with you while you get a massage. Note that they have no RMT service.
