In a word: bliss! Our stay at Cabin 2 was pure serenity. The first night with my husband felt magical — soaking in the hot tub under a starry sky, surrounded by quiet and nature. There was a couple in the adjacent cabin and we would have never known if it weren’t for their car in the parking lot — total privacy! The next morning, we drank in the stunning fall colours as we sipped coffee on the deck, the birds flitting around as if we were part of the landscape. When my best friend joined me for the second night, the cabin easily shifted from a romantic retreat to a cozy girls’ getaway. No detail is overlooked, from the local touches like maple sugar for your coffee, to the shampoo and conditioner in the shower. Beautifully designed, spotless, and peaceful — Watervale Springs is the perfect place to unwind and reconnect. I left feeling rested and already dreaming of returning. Unfortunately, I was so in the moment that I didn’t take one picture!

We had the three cabins for a small work retreat and the experience was everything we hoped for and more. Quietly tucked away in the woods, these cabins are positioned to give each one it's own privacy. A big central firepit was super cozy to sit around and reflect with the team. The cabins themselves have everything you could need to feel pampered. Modern fixtures, great little extras like the maple syrup and specific basket of towels just for the hot tub... oh right... and the hot tubs! Our stay was over a cold winter night so the hot tub was a super nice touch and right out front on the deck! I couldn't recommend these more. The owners are strong community members as well and they tie-in local products and attractions wherever they can. We had a blast and plan to make this little work trip a semi regular thing! Thanks Watervale gang!

Just spent a night at Watervale. It was cute and they accommodated an hour early check in which I appreciated. However, on arrival I noticed the bathroom vanity and mirror were dirty with whiskers from a previous guest shaving. Made me wonder how well everything else was cleaned. In the morning I found everything I put in the fridge was frozen. I notified the owners of these issues when I departed. They offered a discount if I stayed there again. There won’t be a next time as this experience left a bad taste in my mouth. Looks like this was a once off as previous reviews are all positive.

We brought our team to Watervale Springs Retreat for a company getaway and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The cabins were spotless, check-in was easy, and the hosts were incredibly accommodating. We felt completely immersed in nature with so much privacy, and the campfire setup behind the cabins is perfect and we spent hours enjoying it. The new hot tubs were a huge bonus in the brisk weather really loved going from cold to hot! It was the perfect break from routine and exactly what our team needed. We’re already looking forward to coming back next year. Thank you so much.

We rented all three cabins for a friends trip and we had a great time. The cabins are close together but private enough that if there were other people there it would not have been intrusive that’s for sure. The beds/pillows were super comfy, the furnishings were lovely and the deck space was great. We cooked a lot actually, on the BBQ and the one burner hot plate, so extra hand/dish towels would have been beneficial but we made it work. There is a store and a couple markets not too far away which were fun to explore. Cute quiet spot tucked away in nature.
