Unfortunately, I feel that I have to write this review. Even though I think Trent is a nice man, he is a terrible businessman, and very unprofessional. He came to my house to look at my swimming pool. It is an indoor inground, swimming pool that works off of a boiler system. But he took the job anyway even knowing that he could not fix it because he didn’t know how. It took him eight weeks to complete a three day job. Using his family problems as an excuse. He also three times did not contact me when he told me he was going to be coming out to work on the pool so my husband took time off of work so he could be here. And instead of letting me know he’s not coming he just totally ignores me After giving him over a $4000 deposit. When he does come, he doesn’t even seem to know what he’s doing, and only spends a couple of hours each time. On top of all of this, he fills up my swimming pool room with cement dust, which is all now in my swimming pool. (pictures of all the cement dust attached) He left without even fixing it or having it running because he had no clue of how to do it. I paid $9000 for nothing . And ended up losing money for three days of work that my husband and I missed because he didn’t show up. Now because he didn’t do things right I have to have a plumber come in and fix everything that he did wrong costing me another $1700 on top of everything else. Also, he did not clean The bottom of the pool drain and blow it out and now all of the water Hass to be emptied out, which is about $400 worth of water and then Has to be filled up again costing me an extra $800 on top of the $1700 on top of the $9000. This guy must just think people are made of money. If I were you, I would never ever use this service! He doesn’t seem to care about people. He even told me that he didn’t let me know he wasn’t coming because he doesn’t like to talk to people. I’m sorry, but when you’re running a business, you better learn how to talk to people and how to get back to them and also not to involve your family problems with your business. I will be taking this man to court to get a refund of my money. He should’ve never taken this job, but money talks I guess. If I were you, I would never let this man anywhere near your swimming pool or hot tubs for that matter. A very unsatisfied customer. Update June 5. We had the plumber come in and found that Trent broke our pump. He tried to either squeeze it too tight somehow and crack the pump and then he glued it and put some clamp limit trying to hide the fact that he cracked our pump. these are the plumbers words Boy this guy really screwed you guys over. Now I have to pay even more for the plumber to come and replace the pump and I have to pay for the pump as well. This man has cost me thousands of dollars extra to fix something that should never have taken anywhere near this long I’m still without a pool over three months from the time I hired Trent. He will be going to court and he will be sued. I have now had to pay a plumber over $3000 more because of this incompetent so-called pool guy. Thanks a lot see you in court.
